TERRIBLE SERVICE, I was there last night around 7 o'clock, trying to get a pizza in the best mood I could and the girl at the counter was looking at us like a freaking animals, and then she changed my mood big time, she was ''trying to be at least not that rude at the end'' but being honest it didn't work, you guys should to work with your customer service, we are consumers not enemies, if they are not having a good day you should to try at least to act like a regular employee.

We got a hot and ready and some crazy bread and it was $17!!! The crazy bread was just dough. Very disappointing and definitely not worth $17!

If I could give it 0 stars, I would. I have recently tried to order the 499 online Pizza deal on 2 separate days and could not get the code to work. So this time I tried to call and talk to somebody after talking to the other Little Caesars, and nobody knows how to make this code work. Or at least try and make the customer happy. Poor management skills and poor customer service. Jonathan was rude. Then I asked to talk to the manager name Isaiah and he gets on the phone after I can hear him saying, who's this? And basically had an I don't care attitude. And could not help at all. It's absolutely a shame that they run a special that they don't honor.

I have always enjoyed this location the personal have always been so friendly... Tonight I was greeted with not so pleasant service management if you're reading this I suggest you handle your people 9- 7:20pm

We order the exact same thing every single week. A large deep dish half of it no sauce. EVERY SINGLE WEEK!!! I called today and was told they don't do that. I said yes you do because we order it EVERY SINGLE WEEK. I was told no we don't because he works there every week. Well clearly you don't!!

Food is what you expect. Good, not great. Although, forget the whole hot and ready thing. Many visits in a row right during dinner hours they have no pizza ready. Like, that is your gimmick. Keep them going in the oven, don’t stop until later in evening.

Hi Thomas S I give u one star cus are pizza was not made how we ordered it we ordered a Hula Hawaiian pizza not a half pineapple and half ham i have never had a pizza made like this from ya so disappointed who ever made the pizza

Tried last night for first time and didn't know they use a locker system when ordering online. Left phone in car when I went inside to grab food. Cashier was very rude about the situation and told us next time he would keep our food. We never go back to this location. Well drive out of the same from now on. Also when we tried the pretzel pizza it was regular dough and salt on it. Good for a budget pizza but only slightly better than 711

Gave this place a chance 3 times now, manager is just straight up rude. Always has an attitude as if us customers are bothering him . Get a different Job if you don't like people. I bet he's fun to work for. Workers are nicer and friendlier then the damn GM Will go to a different location now.
imagine that going there and spending money and you have two kids, and they will only give one of your kids a pack of cookies.. Imagine spending so much money there every single week and they have a complete meltdown because you asked for two bags of cookies so each one of your kids can have one I don’t know what that man’s name is, but he was very rude and he literally was so upset because he only wanted to get one pack of cookies and not to so you mean to tell me you have two little kids and only one of them can have a pack of cookies and you just spent so much money buying food there get it together. Y’all are sick in your head. Sorry, kids only one of you can have a pack of cookies How about everybody just stop buying from there because there’s nothing but bad reviews and nasty people working there. I will definitely post this on every single media tree I have and I have a lots of followers. I have never been somewhere so nasty just horrible customer service. I’m sorry y’all are doing that bad that you guys cannot afford to give two kids a pack of cookies. He had them out on the table and when I grabbed two packs, he started yelling at me. I am not allowed to take two packs of cookies. I said well, so I can only give one of my kids of cookies so he runs out there and grab all the cookies off the table and put them in the back.

3/21/25 1:59pm I called to order the lunch combo. The gentleman said it ends at 2pm. I replied you can't punch it in, in two minutes and ge replied no mam. I'll never be back. Headed to get pizza down the road. Probably better pizza anyway, ty. I wanted something quick while I stopped at the store in the same plaza. I was looking for convenience. Obviously not.

I don't hold employee's of Little Caesars to a high level of intelligence and for good reason. You have to obtain an entire new level of worthlessness, that McDonalds is more reliable than Little Caesars. I put my order in online and when I got home from picking it up I was blatantly given the wrong order and when I confronted the store to fix it. The defecated brain matter of the employee had the nerve to tell me that I am the reason the order is wrong and refused to correct it regardless of the proof I provided. Spend a little extra and go to Pizza Hut.
