I contacted Loaded Cannon for a Birthday Whiskey Tour for my husband and 10 friends after a well known Tampa Distillery backed out. For less than half from what the other location wanted, the owner agreed to a private tour, off hours, and from what I heard, it was fantastic. The tour was informative, they purchased whiskey, had samples, a food truck was present, and now two weeks later, his friends are still talking about it. I am so glad I contacted Loaded Cannon. Thank you for making my husband's birthday one for the books!! Highly Recommend!!!
Great place. Steve is such a great guy. Try the tour. It a must if your visiting the area.
I can't say enough amazing things about this place. Steve and Alana are the nicest people you will ever meet. Alana makes the most delicious cocktails and will even create something unique on the spot if you ask. Steve is a genius when it comes to spirit making. I am addicted to his jalapeno vodka and his mango agave spirit. The atmosphere is warm and friendly. You won't be disappointed.
We had so much fun we forgot to take pictures. My friend booked a tour & tasting. Alana greeted us & gave us menus. After we chose 6 items to taste Steve greeted us & started the tour. What an interesting character he is!! In addition to teaching us how it’s all done & introducing us to “Annie” & the rest he also sprinkled in some wild trivia questions. After the tour we had our tastings ready & waiting. I loved the jalapeño vodka & the apple pie whiskey. Even their water is special. Can’t wait to go again just for cocktails! Wish we had discovered this place sooner.
I came for a tour of the distillery a couple weeks ago and loved it. Steve is so knowledgable and interesting, I learned so much about the process of distillation, aging, and flavor infusion from him. Would recommend to anyone interested, he can answer just about any question you have!
Awesome tour. Owner was very friendly.
I was visiting from the university of south Florida for a school trip, and it was amazing! Steve was very hospitable and gave an excellent tour of the distillery. A very unique place that stands out from the rest of the distilleries in Florida. GO HERE!
We recently visited the distillery and enjoyed a loaded cannon flight of some of their finest spirits. We took the tour with owner Steve which was both informative and entertaining.
We enjoyed every minute and you will too !!

We stopped by on a Saturday just to check it out. We ended up doing the tour and tasting and let me just say this was an awesome experience! Steve was incredible at sharing his journey, explaining the processes, answering questions and we had an absolute blast!!! The drinks were top notch and Alana at the bar was great! We will be going back with some friends soon and doing one of their mixology classes! We can’t wait!! Be sure and order the “salted caramel crème cicle” absolutely the best cocktail I’ve had in a very long time!!! Do not skip this place and definitely do the tour!!!
We visited for the first time today. It was pretty busy and when we came in we were met by the bartender telling us not to sit at a table because it was taken. No big deal, I was just looking at the menu. She asked if it was our first time there. I said yes. That’s the last time she acknowledged us. We looked at the bottles of rum because we were going to buy a bottle as a gift. We also wanted to try a flight and drinks. We went to the bar where there were 4 stools and were told there were only 2 we could sit at. The bartender completely ignored us. We noticed people handing in slips of paper. That’s when we realized how to order. We filled out the slip but we were ignored. My husband picked out a bottle of rum to buy. She still would not look at us. I thought maybe she was just too busy but another couple walked up and she acknowledged them immediately. They even said that we were there first. They said it twice and the bartender said “that’s ok, they can wait”. So, we realized it was not our imagination, we put the bottle of rum back and left. We waited for over 30 minutes with absolutely zero acknowledgment and we were literally right in front of her. It’s a shame because we like to patronize local businesses but we will not be back.

Great atmosphere. Lots of parking but only a few tables inside. Awesome cocktails and flavors. Flights were $15 for spirits and $20 cocktails. Highly recommend.
Loaded Cannon is our very favorite place to go! Steve Milligan is a genius at creating new spirits and Alana Morley is the heart and soul of the tasting room. She's a fabulous bartender, and basically handles everyhing that pertains to the tasting room. They are both so friendly and welcoming to everyone who walks in the door. We love them both andI feel like we're home when we're there!
We didn't have great experience at all. The bartender, although friendly was overly friendly and only talked to my partner. Acted like I didn't even exist, which in hospitality industry is a huge NO. She never made any recommendations. Never took time to find out what we likee/disliked. Mind you, the place was completely empty when we got there. After the tour, there were three guys at one table, she didn't check on them as often, but continued to ignore me. She didn't even ask how our choices were. The bartender needs a lesson in how to be better, and to learn customer service skills. Just that would bring a lot more repeat customers back.
We had a blast!! Steve the owner gave an insightful and fun tour. Danielle's service was A plus. Super cozy and friendly atmosphere. Loved the decor and the selection for tasting is great. The Limoncello was awesome!
