Waited around 15 mins until someone asked if we were helped after 20 mins of waiting to take the order we just left. Maybe it was a good because the place is dirty and the employees were dirty except the young lady that asked if we were helped. Work area was dirty. I really wanted to eat ljs where Iive we do t have it

The sweetest personable lady greeted me immediately and took my order! She explained all. I briefly waited for my meal and a young man called out my name happily, and I thanked him as well. These customer service folks were superb, the food was hot and fresh, there was not one tiny issue... I'll definitely be back! Thank you so much! Thank you thank you thank you!

This place is sloooow as molasses. Try to order 10 minutes ahead on the app but then it takes another 10 minutes for them to get it to you. At least the last 3 to 4 times I've been here. I expect it to be unnaturally slow now so it's not as painful as it was the first time 🤣 At least the employees are fairly nice. In the end the food is just as good as any other KFC.
Got the l6- one fish four shrimp.. the food was over saturated with oil as if the oil that it was prepared in was probably old and needed to be changed.. the breading on the shrimp was not fully done and so I had to take that off to eat the shrimp which was cooked just fine. The fish was too overly saturated and grease and essentially inedible. They also need to be reminded that napkins need to be added to to go orders and pay attention to Sauce request. I requested Charter and hot sauce and receive Tartar and cocktail sauce after she repeated my sauce request to me. He has in the very lovely lady in drive-thru. She had a lovely smile and I'm believing accommodated me as best that she could sing as she's only taking orders and not actually cooking the food. She can't be blamed for how the food came out in the bag.

I've Been a Long John Silver's fan ever since they opened I absolutely love it but I have to drive away to get it now I was very disappointed in our visit today because there was so much grease on the fish it was like dripping off usually it's crispy and Flaky the shrimp was but the fish was very disappointing don't know they need to change their oil or not but this is the one on 64 in Bradenton Florida

I'll drive up to an hour and 30 minutes to get a "cheat " meal from Long John Silver's any day I'm feeling like I need to splurge on my meals and eat some good food fast.
