How can you sell seafood without cocktail sauce? You jack the prices through the roof and cut back on condiments. How cheap can you be. In times like this with economy in shambles, you need to step up your customer service by providing all that's necessary to enjoy a meal.

Walked in and never was greeted even after 5 minutes of standing there, I finally decided to ask if they could take our order and they claimed the fryer was hit by lightning. No sign on door saying they weren’t serving Long John Silvers food.

The service at this Long John's sucks. We ordered our food and they were out of Cole slaw and shrimp sauce. Then we waited 25 minutes and still did NOT get our food. They were not busy at all. The girl that waited on us went outside on her phone while the cook was on break. We ask for a refund and left.

Long John Silver's has always been a favorite of mine. Given the fact that so many of them have closed it was nice to find one still around. Overall good experience.

Haven't had LJS in 3 years..the service was friendly yes..the food however was another..the fish & chicken was well done..I mean well done. To the point of total dryness.

I usually go to the drive through, and always get great service. The fish was hot and fresh as expected, and the clerk upsold me on a couple of items. AAA+++
Cashier was extremely rude. We had to ask 4 times for our drinks because she went go wait on the drive thru. Then she got rude and said just wait a minute! They had no cole slaw and they did away with cocktail sauce but still sell shrimp??? The food was horrible. Over cooked and so salty we had to through it away!! Awful place! WILL NOT BE BACK!!!??

Absolutely horrible food! Shrimp stuck together,clean your fryers!! Fish and shrimp had horrible burnt oil taste! Fries and hush puppies were equally terrible! We threw it away what a waste of $20! Health department needs to make a visit to this horrific establishment! Avoid at all costs

I understand that I'm reviewing a fast food restaurant, and a low end fast food restaurant at that. But it's absolutely unacceptable to wait 15 minutes to have my order taken when there is nobody in the lobby and only three cars in the drive-through. As I speak someone came in from the drive-through with a wrong order. There are four people working here right now, more than enough to handle this. It's a testament to how poorly our workforce really is. I am utterly disgusted by the wait time to get any service. I'm sorry but no matter how high end or low end a restaurant you are, you could at least be good in your service. At least the place is clean.

NOT recommended! Showed up to try Long John Silvers after not having it for many years. Found a $2 off coupon (see attached) and the Manager said they do NOT accept these, even though it says it can be redeemed via smart phone.This location was understaffed and apparently doesn’t need any more customers. I recommend the franchisee close this location and save the next family the drama of trying to save a couple bucks.
