The waitress seemed busy and overwhelmed, but it wasn’t that busy. There were lots of empty tables. Food came out cold then four of us had the incorrect steak. We ordered a ribeye. We asked the waitress to double check with the chef to make sure that we had ribeye and not sirloin or something different and she said nope it’s a ribeye and pretty much left it at that all the sides were cold And the loaded baked potato had nothing on it. I would not recommend we will never go back.

House Caesar salad was watery and tasteless , ribeye was overcooked and fatty . Seasoning on steak overpowered the taste of steak. Sri k with Outbacks.

Worst experience I’ve ever had there and I wish I could give zero stars. Celebrating my cousins birthday and there was something wrong with every dish. The sides were all wrong, drinks took forever. I think they actually had to forage for coffee beans and roast them themselves for how long that took. My husband and I both ordered the filet with lobster. The food all came out at different times. They brought out my lobster tail before any other food so it sat there and got cold while I waited for my dish. Then they brought out a sirloin with the two completely wrong sides, then tried to tell me it was the filet. Um no. I asked for it to be fixed with the correct sides and the correct steak. They brought me back out THE SAME STEAK reheated, and broccoli and proceeded to tell me it was the filet. It was absolutely insulting and completely disrespectful. I’m not an idiot. Filets and sirloins are completely different cuts of meat. I refused the whole meal and told them to take it back and off my bill. I’m not paying $40 for an overcooked sirloin and ice cold lobster tail. No manager came to explain, or apologize. My mother in law went to find a manager to tell her about all the issues we had and the manager lied to her face as well. Absolute BS. Eventually a manager came over and said deserts will be on her, no thanks. No one wanted desert, we wanted our dinner. The waitress was very sweet, and I don’t think any of this was her fault. The waitress said the manager took off 10% off everyone bills and low and behold another lie. My husband and I go there quite often and never had this type of service. We will no longer be going back.

We ordered steaks as usual and hubby also ordered soup. The meat was good, but I find the steak seasoning to be too spicy. I'll have to ask if less seasoning can be used the next time.

Always a great meal, served by some of the most professionally trained servers. Emily, Oscar, Lorena, and Kelsey are my regular servers, i know ive missed a couple and they always pay attention to detail and superb customer service. The managment staff at this location must take great pride in hiring the right people amd training them to perfection. I can not say enough great things about this location.

So Longhorn has been our go to for a while now BUT…….the last 2 times have been disappointing. Tonight went there for a good meal even after last time it was blah trying to give a second chance. So went there today and was more disappointed than last time. All of our food was lukewarm and took forever to get it. So in other words looks like we need to find another go to place. Beware…..

Steak was tough as shoe leather.... cooked rare when ordered medium. The side were cold when delivered to the table. Very disappointing.

It’s a new restaurant so they were still working out some bugs with the service times and I understand, without even saying anything the gave us are app for free , I love longhorn
