I went with my family here and it took the server 15 minutes to bring us our menus and another 15 before we got our drinks. When we got our salads, one of them had a hair in it. Then we got our meals and the steak that was supposed to be medium well was rare. The wings were salty and chicken tenders were also salty. We told the server and asked for a box at least for one of our meals that was okay and the check which took another 25 minutes to receive. Now one of our family members is throwing up because of what we are assuming was the soup or salad as that was the only thing she ate. The manager did finally did come and speak with us and did comp our meal but we will never return.

Went for lunch. Again. Was delicious, huge, priced more than fairly, and brought out in a timely manner. Been a few times for lunch and have had the same experience every time.
Haven’t been to longhorn in years and was very pleasantly surprised. The one in Bradenton has been beautifully renovated! We were seated in a booth which made for good visiting, easy to converse. The menu offerings were very good. Our server was terrific and always was available when we needed her but didn’t rush us or hover. The food was served quickly and was delicious. We ended up staying over 3 hours just because it was such a pleasant situation and we were having such a good time. Looking forward to next time!

I seldom review but after wasting an hour or so at Bradenton LongHorn now eating at Outback I'll type this.I was a party of one and got an okay boot by the restroom entrance. NBD I was just going to read my book, eat, and leave.I was immediately greeted by a server who promptly brought me my soda and took my order. She shortly after brought my salad. That was pretty much the last time I saw her.Somebody else served me the steak that was a sad piece of the sirloin (if that was the cut!?) The steak knife would not cut through the grimy part so I went for the fat nice part. That was over cooked. It was ordered medium-rare and delivered medium.I could not flag a server down, in 7-8 minutes maybe, so I ended up walking through the restaurant to tell a greeter. When I came back to the table I guess they noticed I had gone missing so I was able to show them the steak and request a new one.Maybe 20 minutes went by and I was sucking on some ice cubes as my one and only soda was long gone. My steak was dropped off in a second and I did not get a chance to ask for cutlery and a soda refill. After maybe 5 minutes watching my fresh (better cut!) steak get cold I again went to the front door people.After my second walk through the restaurant for help I was brought cutlery and a fresh soda. I cut in to the steak, 'hangrily' maybe, only to find yet another medium center. Not even close to anything rare.I left. I feel bad I did. I did tell the staff I'm leaving. Never have I had such bad service, been served a bad piece of sirloin, and two over cooked steaks in one sitting.

I ordered a porterhouse steak medium rare and it came well, well done and was barely edible!! Who in the hell is the cook??
I have sat at a family table with a group of 10 and I have sat at the bar by myself. Each time the service was great. The waitresses in the bartenders were amazing and they were friendly. They also gave really good suggestions and helped me find a really cool drink to try out. They were very attentive and the place was clean.

We were seated quickly and didn't have to wait too long for our food to arrive. Once it arrived everything was seasoned and cooked perfectly, we had no complaints! I asked our waitress who the manager on duty was at the time and she said her name was "Kami". Cheers to Kami for being such a great manager and keeping the ship in tip-top shape! A big thank you for making our first experience at this specific location a great one!
This is the 4th time in a row our server has come out and said "sorry we are out of potatoes." I would recommend hiring a new operation manager and kitchen manager or take the baked potatoe off of your menu if you seem to always be out. We are taking our business to Texas Roadhouse from now on. Disappointed is a understatement. Also called in for call ahead seating and was told there was no wait. Showed up and ended up waiting for 45 minutes.
