Went to Luigis at 8:20 pm for a pizza. I was told they couldn't take my order because they close at 9 PM. Seriously? You don't want business? Fine with me. I predict you'll be closed for business soon.

After an afternoon at IMG, we decided to try something new. What a gem that was stumbled upon. Once you open the door it's like you are in a Little Italy. Wood fired pizza and beer create an atmosphere that makes you want to eat and drink. The service was good and matched! Everything was homemade from the dough to the sauce. We ordered a calzone and a pizza and we're very satisfied. If you are in the area, stopping in is a MUST! Don't do yourself a disservice.

Placed order online. Picked it up. Order wrong. Called to tell them. I was told they had ticket and they were not wrong. I was told "it is what it is". I have an email of the ticket. No Luigi, you are wrong! First and last time I will order from there.

Ordered pick up here over the phone about 2 weeks ago. I got the Ravioli de la Casa and I added chicken to it also. It was very good. They included a breadstick and a small side salad too. The man at the register was really nice and friendly. The inside of the restaurant was nice as well. Good experience.

A friend and I have been trying to find an Italian restaurant with authentic pasta carbonara made with pancetta, eggs and Parmesan cheese, so we decided to give this place a chance... the pasta dish was "OK" it seems like they may have used Romano cheese so it was a little too nutty for our taste we prefer just Parmesan... The reason I give it 2 stars though? An employee took his hands with no gloves on reached into a bag of lettuce and put it in several to go containers, then he walked into the back and came out with a handful of tomato slices in his left hand and then continued to place them (again with no gloves) on top of the lettuce Then he wiped his hands on his pants. Also there was a bussing cart right by our table, the only thing missing was a mop, because there was a bucket and rags etc... was a very unpleasant visual... they were plenty of tables available in the front of the restaurant, and our server never came to check on the food we will not be coming back and I recommend you don't either if you care about sanitation

Don't waste your time or money on this establishment it has really declined. In fact, it was a disaster! I should of known when we arrived on a Friday night during spring break the place was empty. There were 3 of us dinning so we purchased an extra large Caprese pizza that came to the table 20 minutes after the other entrees were delivered. Both the entrees were lacking flavor and were watered down so much they were awful. The salads consisted of some greens and sliver of tomato. That was it! One salad was covered in dressing the other was dry. No attention to quality of food. Whoever is running this place should be let go. Since I was only able to eat one piece of pizza because it arrived so late I asked for a box. The refused to put it into a pizza box without me paying an additional fee. For a pizza box! The old man up front told me he was allocated a certain number of pizza boxes from the government, which is ridiculous. Just being penny wise pound foolish. There cost cutting has really impacted their food. We used to go there and was surprised how far it has deteriorated. However the servers were nice! Hey guys you should find another place to work.....there are a lot of opportunities for hard workers. PS if you are worried about the environment they are not. I had to take home 8 styrofoam boxes instead of one Pizza box.
They make great pizza but got our order wrong tonight and the last time we ordered takeout. When we called to let them know, we were told “we don’t make mistakes “. Bye-bye Luigis

Good solid pizza. They don't burn the bottom and I get the feeling they take pride in their pizza making department. Satisfied customer.

Tried this place for the first time and will be back (again and again). Arrived on a Friday night around 730 and we seated immediately but warned they were short staffed and it would be 15 minutes or so before we could order (a party of 8 had just been seated prior to us). No problem. We had some wine and waited. Almost 30 minutes passed before we actually ordered but waitress/owner repeatedly expressed how sorry she was and we were fine with it. Dinners came with a salad a bread. Salad nothing special, a bagged green and tomato wedges. Bread warm and yummy. Had the lasagna and bake penne pasta. Loved it all. Too full for desert but will be back soon

How about a small portion of lasagna, Chicken carbonera (good) the very small salads they come with 3 glasses of house wine total..no drsert..no app...and 64.00 before tip. A grill atmosphere etc. Never to return.
