We were looking forward to trying Mahana Fresh for the first time, especially since it’s conveniently located nearby and we had high hopes it would be comparable to Fresh Kitchen. Unfortunately, the food fell far short of expectations. The ingredients appeared old, as though they had been sitting out for hours , the vegetables were mushy and unappetizing. After just one bite, the meals were inedible, and we ultimately had to throw them away. It was very disappointing to have this experience and feel that our money was wasted
Update: I reached out to the company as they suggested in their response to my review and even followed up, but unfortunately I haven’t received a reply. At this point, it’s less about the refund and more about the lack of follow-through. It’s disappointing, since I had hoped they would address the issue

We wanted to see how comparable this was to fresh kitchen. We opted to try the buffalo mac bowl. The size was very small for $11 and completely lacked any flavor. Coke tasts strange, really strong syrup. Wife said there was pee all over the bathroom seat, gross. We went here in a Saturday at 11am and the food behind the counter already looked tired, but you just opened. I would suggest fresh kitchen over this place hands down

I called and ordered off of DoorDash and this guy named Carlos was super nice and well spoken I asked if he can do a request for me because the DoorDash didn’t give the option to add buffalo sauce to plain Mac and cheese he did it and gave good service and the foods amazing! 🤩

Been here a few times at this location and the food tastes like it’s been reheated food that was cooked the night before. We used to love this place when it was on US-41 but unfortunately it’s gone downhill.

My husband & I went for the 1st time. We are older & asked how you choose your bowl. A lovely girl Tegan took time to walk us thru & i had a taste of the Chocken Terrayki which was so good. The place is so clean & decorated tastefully. We will definitely be back. (:
