I have been on the keto diet for a few months and I've been having a hard time finding "fast food" that's low carb. This has been a breath of fresh air finding this store! I will admit the food was slightly salty but otherwise I am very happy with everything.

So I ordered steak, chicken, Brussels sprouts and kale. No sauces or anything extra. The first two bites I just couldn’t eat anymore. The amount of salt/sodium they pour into this food has to be extremely catastrophic health wise. I was starving and coming from me who will literally eat anything just couldn’t do it. The only reason I’m making this review is so others realize the gimmick ( healthy options ) that’s just not the case. You probably would be better off just eating a real cookie than eating this stuff here.
All the servings the guy added to my bowl he would smash them together and half the portions would fall out by the time it made it to my bowl. There was random stuff in my bowl that I did not order just due to the carelessness of making my bowl in general. Thus I wouldn’t usually care about when you add in the salt content and the taste literally tasting like poison I thought I had to share.
I see someone compare this place to ‘ fresh kitchen ‘ that is such an insult to fresh kitchen. This is by far the most salted / sodium packed food I’ve ever had. Including fast food McDonald’s , chipotle and shoot maybe even taco bell. No I don’t eat out at places like that but I just couldn’t imagine calling it a healthy option kind of place when you can’t even eat it.

i used to work here and i will say that it was definitely one of the best jobs i have ever had. the food was delicious i never got tired of it after working there multiple months. all served fresh and everything is kept on time and i recommend this place to everyone out there that wants a healthy alternative to fast food and want to try the place out. - jacob
Very good fresh food a little bit on the expensive side for what you get. But this is a no regrets type place. The food is fresh,p not greasy, good for you.

One and done with this place. We were excited to try this place since we love Fresh Kitchen and were happy to have a similar concept closer to home. Food and portions looked great but the food itself was not good. The flavors of the food were just ‘off’ - somewhere between vinegar and cleaning supplies. I ate less than half of the bowl and tossed the rest in the trash.

Ordered delivery from uber eats. 3 bowls and 2 of them had basmati rice which was so hard and incredibly painful on my teeth to try and eat. It felt like rice that had been in a rice cooker for more than 7-8 hours stuck together and hard as a rock. Couldn’t eat more than a few bites and the rice was all mixed into the veggies and meat. I reported it to uber who gave me a 1/4 of a refund which I paid for the food.
So I thought I’d call the store and spoke to the manager mark who said this didn’t happen on his watch and he would never make hard rice. Was unable to help beyond telling me that.

They are closed. It’s a “tropical storm” but their “online order system” still let me order and drive all the way out here to find them not open … Publix, Arby’s, McD’s, Popeyes, Culver’s, Circle K, Wawa, etc are all open ….
