I was there March 13th around 12:15 pm, upon entering the store there wasn't anyone, except the girl behind the counter. I said "hello" , I got nothing. Not a "hey" ,a nod, not even a smile. I ordered a lobster roll with no lemon. She said what? So I repeated myself. A few seconds later she asked what I wanted. A Lobster Roll with no lemon, I said. I ordered a Lobster Roll and a Crab Roll. When I received my order, she sat it on the counter and walked away. Not a Thanks, thank you, have a nice day, nothing! To sum things up. Empty restaurant at noon, horrible service, $40.00 for 2 sandwiches. I won't be back! Oh, I forgot to mention, I left a tip. Both sandwiches had lemon, and found a huge piece of shell in the lobster roll. The girl that was working. Tall, blonde, had a 2020 school pull-over on.

The service was great! We met the owner & Olivia and they took great care of us! Now the food... OMG it was like I was back in Connecticut!! The Texas Toast roll was buttered & toasted to perfection! And the lobster was fresh - plentiful & fantastic! Of course I added the lobster tail on top - where else can you get a $7.00 lobster tail!! We went back & ate the next day & it was totally the same delicious food & excellent service! My buddy had the clam chowder soup & also loved it!! Highly recommend & we will be back soon!! Great location in east Bradenton!

Stopped in today while out running errands. Hubby got the lobster salad and I ordered a bowl of clam chowder. Hubby loved his salad; said the lobster was sweet and delicious and the dressing was “awesome!” My chowder was tasty but seriously lacking in clams but the ones I did get were cooked perfectly! When the manager, Carrisa, asked how we enjoyed our food, I told her that I thought it was delicious but for $8 I didn’t even have a tablespoon of clams in my chowder. Without any hesitation on her part she filled up another go bowl and gave it to me — making sure she served up a good helping of what you buy clam chowder to eat. Carrisa demonstrated what excellent customer service is about and I wanted to make sure she got the proper awareness for doing her job with a smile and really caring for the customers coming through. Her thoughtfulness is a very big reason (and the food, too) that we’ll go back again!

The lobster bread roll was buttery and toasted, and really good. One Bar Harbor (50% more meat) next to a regular roll: couldn’t see the difference in size at all. A decent lobster roll, but definitely not the best I’ve ever had.Service was horrible. Please don’t sit on your phones in the store and make customers feel like they are inconveniencing you by walking up to the counter and ordering. And yes: when a customer is at the counter, it generally means they want to order and buy something,

Disappointed is too kind to express how I feel right now. Four months ago my dear friend fractured her hip had surgery and was transfered to a rehab facility. She was born in Connecticut What better surprise for her 70th birthday? I ordered a Connecticut lobster roll. Only this morning did I received a note that it wasn't going to be able to be delivered. The order had been canceled on the 12th? Why didn't somebody tell me sooner since it was scheduled for today? Hub Grub Flash The Message that they don't deliver this far. I just didn't order through Uber and once again it went through. Get this fixed would you?
We stopped by to try this place out since it’s relatively new in the area. It’s an order at the counter type of place, so similar to fast food. Nothing too special in appearance inside, but it was noticeably a bit hot. We tried the classic lobster roll and the lobster salad roll. Upon first appearance, they admittedly looked small. However, they were both generously packed with lobster. We also ordered tots and fries, and we both preferred the tots, as they were crispy and well cooked. By the end of the meal, we were both full! Overall, we had a good experience. If you’re in the mood for a lobster roll, we would recommend trying this place out.Parking: Plenty of parking in the shopping plaza

My wife had a craving for a good Lobster Roll and Mason's nailed it. She especially likes Connecticut style served warm with melted butter and not many places around here offer that style.The staff was very nice and friendly. We even talked about the history of Mason's, the owners and how they source fresh lobster from Maine.Let's get the obvious out of the way, you are going to pay $15-$20 a dish, it's lobster. That being said, they do not skimp on the meat and it was delicious. I had the Lobster Mac and Cheese, and if I wasn't in public, I would have licked the bowl it came in clean. My wife had the Connecticut role, which was equally as good and authentic. I have to also mention the tator tots were shareable sized and delicious. Crispy on the outside, but still moist and potatoey on the inside.We definitely will be going back.

The restaurant is nice. I Feel like they could work a little more on their portion sizes. I ordered the Connecticut sandwich and the size of the bun can be compared to a half inch sub from subway for 20.00$. I got 3 of the lobster mac and cheese they were half filled. Other than the portion I can say it was worth trying
