There is no line for ordering, and the staff is disorganized. It was very busy and people who were coming up to the counter after me were getting their order taken before me. You can only make eye contact and then ignore me so many times before I just walk away.

We sat watching four employees walk by us only a foot away for over 5 minutes without even being acknowledged so I finally asked if we could order. I asked for a plain cheese steak, specifically asking for meat and cheese only on a roll and a small fountain drink. Instead he gave me a cheese steak with all kinds of garlic and wine!! I couldn't even eat it and we were given and charged for a large drink because we were sharing it the guy said.
