If I could do 0 I would I don’t get his you key Mr go through with my payment & not tell me the machine is down absolutely shady then I have to do a bunch of freaking leg work to get my money ‘ points used back so ridiculous. You guys always have issues with the machine & never turn it off in the app it’s so ridiculous at this point!!! So now I have no refund an a meal I won’t eat because I don’t have my drink to go with it horrible service all around!! This has happened a million times & the only reason for the review period!!

Employees are extremely rude and very slow to customers who choose to order/eat inside. Most of the time the food is old, and they take forever to get it to you. If it weren't for their rewards app and deals, I'd probably never eat here.

Probably without question the worst McDonald's I have ever been to in my 35 years on the earth. The night crew doesn't even try. I wanted 20 minutes in line, then another 15 at the speaker just to try to place my order and still got no response. It's called fast food, and it's anything but fast. On top of everything, you wait so long, and the FOOD IS COLD!!!!!

This used to be a really good McDonald's. But the 1 on 14th in Manatee County, but that's it's beginning to suck. I went there last night and and it was in line for 15 minutes with about 5 other customers and had to ask somebody for help. And then they still did not help So I ended up leaving, I went back there tonight, and it was better, but this mcdonald's has certainly went downhill.

This is the yet set in the Drive-Thru for well over 20 minutes watch them joke and laugh at the window instead of opening it and taking our money got to the next window my food was incorrect burgers are stupid greasy didn't give me my frappe said it wasn't on my order even after showing them the receipt was like oh we have to make it I will say this it was the best frappe I've had in awhile I'll give credit where it's due but outside of that I have nothing good to say I will never go back to the 14th Street McDonald's in Bradenton.
