I never understood why they bring your food but bring an empty cup instead of at least the first one should be made since I confirmed what drink I wanted with my order. When you are by yourself it requires leaving your food unattended, waiting until you are finished eating or taking your food with you to get your drink. McDonald's, you really need to fix this or just get rid of the option all together.

Whoever runs this location deserves to be beraded by a drill sergeant! This location already has the reputation of being the worst McDonald's in town. NONE of the employees stay up front and it always takes forever just to speak to someone. Early morning AM crew is decent but for the rest of the day crews..hopeless

Absolutely awful. Waited an hour to receive an online order that said it was ready. Asked the staff guy 3 times about it and could see the order and he kept saying it wasn’t ready. Finally he grabbed it and brought it over, very clearly high. When I told him that the order had been there every time we asked he just laughed

The restaurant staff need to be replaced. The restrooms are dirty and occupied by individuals whom staff should contact the police about. They are likely engaging in drug-related activities and certainly bathing themselves. The staff's reaction to any reports is inadequate, as they respond with anger and argue with the person reporting. Additionally, the restaurant staff stand around while customers wait for service. It appears that senior staff members are mistreating new hires.
Counter service is lacking. 25 minutes until I received my food from the time I walked into the establishment. I was the only person at the counter. Employees seem to focus on the drive thru and ignore the front counter.
