Ordered from the drive through and there was a finger nail in my burger!!!! It clearly was a clipping too not like it just accidently fell in. So gross I will never go back here

The atmosphere of my breakfast was ruined my the manager in the lobby constantly bullying and reprimanding his employees. He was being so rude even when the employees were just listening silently. I heard one of the employees call him John. I have never seen such a nasty manager to his own employees! That is actually very concerning so much that I have half a mind to report him to corporate for abuse of power. Because what do you mean you’re degrading your employees Infront of customers and they can’t even talk back because he’s in a higher position. I feel so much pity for the workers. And John if you’re reading this, get help because your attitude to your own co workers is unacceptable. All you did was be mean and nasty to them while you sat down on your bum and pulled them aside when they were busy working. Both sides of your pillow needs to be extra hot tonight.

I ordered inside even though no one was in the drive thru lane because I needed a break from driving. I ordered beverage and M&M McFlurry. No one was in the drive through. Four young workers were standing around, talking in Spanish about non-work related while I waited and waited. Finally I asked for my order in Español. No need for slow service on a slow night.

As both a DoorDasher and a customer, it is always a pleasure to be here. The service is fast, the lobby is clean, and the food is consistently excellent.
In contrast, the locations at SR-64 (Sheriff’s Office) and 301 in Ellenton leave much to be desired and could certainly use this one as an example to follow.
Left in drive thru with no response from anyone. Watched two cars get helped in the other line. I left and won't return.

Sunday morning went inside to order manager working on order s in drive thru waited about 4 min. No acknowledgement I was there called out miss 2 -3 times she looked at me held hand up I’ll be there ( I don’t need to keep waiting) asked is anyone working up here no one at front register if this store can only manage drive thru close the inside!!!!!!! Gave 1 star cause couldn’t give 0 I work retail I know people are short employees But fast food has to have one person working front for dine in customets
