This was hands down one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s. The service was unbelievably rude — my order was completely wrong, and when I politely pointed it out, the employees got aggressive instead of fixing it. One of them even threatened to fight me and said they’d have me trespassed from the property for their own mistake.
The food was cold and not what I ordered, but honestly that was the least of the issues. I’ve never seen customer service handled this poorly anywhere. Definitely won’t be coming back, and I hope corporate looks into how this location treats people.

The employee in the drive thru (manager said name is Ace) made my night! I was in a bad mood and her positive attitude turned it around. The manager even made me laugh, I wish I had asked her name. The food was hot and fresh! I am thankful this is my neighborhood McDonald's. The staff have always been friendly! This is not always the case at OTHER McDonald's! Keep doing what yall doing at this location.
Ordered from the drive through and there was a finger nail in my burger!!!! It clearly was a clipping too not like it just accidently fell in. So gross I will never go back here

The atmosphere of my breakfast was ruined my the manager in the lobby constantly bullying and reprimanding his employees. He was being so rude even when the employees were just listening silently. I heard one of the employees call him John. I have never seen such a nasty manager to his own employees! That is actually very concerning so much that I have half a mind to report him to corporate for abuse of power. Because what do you mean you’re degrading your employees Infront of customers and they can’t even talk back because he’s in a higher position. I feel so much pity for the workers. And John if you’re reading this, get help because your attitude to your own co workers is unacceptable. All you did was be mean and nasty to them while you sat down on your bum and pulled them aside when they were busy working. Both sides of your pillow needs to be extra hot tonight.
