I ordered 2 BigMacs through the mobile app. Both burgers were missing a patty! BigMacs are supposed to have two patties otherwise it’s false advertisement because according to McDonald’s’ website, BigMacs have two 100% beef patties in them. What they did with my two BigMac order is they split and divided the two patties between my two burgers! at this point I can’t even trust that they are 100% beef either. This is my last time to order from McDonald’s.!

worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to and worst mcdonald’s experience i’ve ever had. got a happy meal and they forgot the apple slices and the fries, and i got a 10 piece spicy nuggets and they were severely undercooked and insanely cold. ordered take out and waited 10 minutes for 2 meals, and my receipt never even printed from the machine. i received the wrong drink, and my meal made me throw up because it was so disgusting, it was wet with grease.

This McDonald’s employs maybe 2 nice people. The rest are rude. Someone needs to let the 18 year old manager who thinks he’s the closest thing to the King, that he’s a manager at McDonalds probably still living with his mom and to chill out with his attitude.

What’s the point of having two lanes? If you’re gonna let three cars go by on one lane and place in their order and ignore the other lane. Not very bright people running the drive-through.

So using the McDonald's app this morning which I use all the time when I'm there somehow the lady put the code in wrong or rang up the wrong item for the code it rang it up as a McDonald's wild sauce instead of a breakfast McMuffin for $2 it says in my history that I ordered a wild sauce from that McDonald's The cashier proceeds to tell me that the code was already redeemed so I gave her another code which then she tells me that one was for points brought the manager over explain to her try to show her All she kept saying is there's nothing she can do there's nothing she can do there's nothing she can do I manage a very large store and if that was the message I gave back to my customers I would be written up and put on disciplinary action The fact that the customer is trying to show you and let you know something happened with the ring up of the clerk whether it was a mess up on her part an issue with the app whatever the situation to sit there and respond a hundred times there's nothing I can do there's nothing I can do there's nothing I can do went right to another McDonald's I showed them what happened the district manager will be contacting me but the way that it was handled was near embarrassing You're telling me a McDonald's manager cannot look at the phone to see what happened to fix it yeah I can go to another McDonald's and in 2 seconds they resolve the issue I'll be filing a complete with the 800 number and the district manager because this McDonald's I go to very very often it's the closest one to my house but I will not be frequently in that McDonald's anymore worst customer service I've ever seen I literally every day and polite to my customers Yes sir no sir Yes ma'am All right Mr Ms customer I understand there were some confusion whatever I wasn't asking for anything for free I still wanted to buy the rest of my order but is one of the worst experiences of customer service I've seen in my life
