If I could give this McDonald’s 0 stars I would. It takes 20 minutes or more after you place an order to get your food. Seems to be well staffed so I don’t understand what the problem is. Ray Kroc would be turning in his grave if he knew how slow this McDonald’s was. If you want a quick breakfast, go to a nice sit down restaurant instead. You will be served much faster.

McDonald’s used to be cheep, fast, and convenient. Now it’s expensive, slow, and more work than it’s worth! Waiting in the drive through for 28 minutes from start to finish. The mighty have fallen!!

They're most likely understaffed, as per usual in the industry. Waited 20 minutes to get 1 sandwich, never got it because I had to leave. The queue was full inside and out. Couldn't even cancel the order because they marked it as "in progress", likely so they could pretend they were fulfilling orders within the company standard time goals.

I go every morning to McDonald’s. I love your coffee. But every time I do to your McDonald’s it’s different. By that I mean, I order it a certain way with cream and Splenda and it doesn’t come consistently in the same way. Most the McDonald’s in my area give it to me the same way every time I go. I know which McDonald’s you are but I get in a hurry some mornings.
I think some training is in order and recalibrating Splenda dispenser, not so much the creamer dispenser.
I love you guys. Keep up the hard work!

I’ve never been here and had a good experience. Wouldn’t even go if I didn’t have toddlers who ask for it occasionally. The line is always obnoxious and super slow. Half the time they don’t even ask the second drive thru what they want and people have to drive around or order through the app. Never go if you don’t have at least 45 min to wait for “fast food”. They also never get your order right. Ever.

Waited to be greeted at the speaker just to wait in line for an absurd amount of time (over 20 minutes), had an extra drink put on my bill I didn’t order. Then, when I tried to get the drink removed from my bill, they acted like they didn’t know how and I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes for them to give out how to refund a $2 drink. THEN, when we finally get to the front of the line we see an employee chatting on their phone, no care in the world for the line of people waiting to be served. When I mentioned this to the CSR - when I finally did get served (another long wait time…) I was received by a deer in the headlights look an a surprised and meek, un-heartfelt sorry. What’s more is my kids milk was warm, their chicken nuggets were cold, their fries were cold. It’s bad when my daughter, who wanted McDonald’s to celebrate her great day at softball won’t even eat her reward because the food is so poor. I highly doubt as if I could be convinced to give this location another shot.
No rush to support individuals dining in. Took over 20 mins to get a simple order. Don’t go inside.

I ordered a sausage egg and cheese mcmuffin, ADD bacon. They got the bacon and sausage right. Just forgot the egg! You have about a 30% chance that they get your order right.
