So I ordered through the McDonalds app for curbside I waited for 20 minutes and no one came out I saw they were somewhat busy so I go around drive through the lady kept asking for a code and I gave her the one I had and it wasn’t working, she then just ignores me and takes orders from the other lane, there were cars behind me so she tells me to circle around which I do, but same thing she asks for a code and I tell her I can show her the order on my phone and I don’t get a respond, I hear she takes the other lanes orders again and i ended up just leaving and not getting my food.

Go to the one on 14th st it is better. Twice now family has order DOUBLE CHEESE burger plain and they just give patty and buns and miss the cheese

I’ve had a couple of experiences with one of the female cashiers where it’s been difficult to pick up DoorDash orders. She tends to overlook drivers and refers to ‘protocol,’ but the other cashiers here are always helpful, so I don’t think it’s the store’s policy. I’ve also noticed she can be a bit short with customers — for example, asking medium or large and then repeating it in a rude tone if they didn’t hear her. I wanted to share this so management is aware, because every other interaction I’ve had here has been positive.

I think Larry fell asleep on the grill again this place is always slow as molasses does corporate read these reviews does anybody care about the paying customers they just keep jacking up the price and the wait times I hate to see what it's like in about 5 years. So ridiculous! 30mins in the drive-thru because of the mobile ordered they need there own pick up window or hire delivery drivers or something idk something needs to change this aint working very well
Revised: this place gets worse and worse. It's adjacent but I've now started going 5 mi out of the way because its so awful. Special orders are ignored. Often sent from the drive-thru line to wait in the numbered parking for a basic order. The inside is grimy.

The food order comes wrong then when you try to point out that you ordered a fish sandwich instead of a cold medium French fry the manager Janet, who has no clue how to run a restaurant let alone crew members will then look upon you with a condescending attitude and try to call you a liar for it. The fact I had to drive back 15 minutes then wait inside for another 10 while she served others while blatantly making me wait longer to hand me what I paid for sickens me . The restaurant and management are a joke but hey it’s a McDonald’s so what do you expect I guess.
