Winter, I got a s’mores McFlurry they gave out the wrong kind. I don’t think they had it. I said can I get a McFlurry? Then they threw a normal one away than never gave it.

I told the order taker I wanted a cheeseburger with NO PICKELS ( I am allergic to pickels) AND EXTRA ONION. When I got home and started to eat the burger, It tasted funny and come to find out that there were extra pickels and no onions! I threw the burger out!! If I had gotten a reaction to the pickels, McDonald’s would be sued do to their incompetent emoyees!! This will be posted on all social media sites!! MANAGEMENT NEEDS TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEES IN LISTENING TO THE CUSTOMER AND REPEATING THE ORDER BACK TO THEM BEFORE ACTUALLY MAKING THE ORDER!

My wife and I just recently went to this McDonald's after an event. We waited over 30 minutes in line. Then when we got to the window we got the wrong order and that wasn't the worst part. The person who was working the window when we told him that we were waiting for almost a half hour said and I quote. That's not my problem. How dare someone in food industry would say that

Martina is amazing. We accidentally ordered at the wrong store, Martina patiently told us exactly what to do, started our right away as we reordered. She was enthusiastic, kind and gracious every step of the way. Thank you Martina
I would have given a 1/2 star but that option isn't available. So when I purchased my meals I didnt look at the receipt until I got to the pick-up window, when I realized that the size of the meal was incorrect I asked if it could get adjusted so that I could get the difference back. The manager then told me that she was not going to make the adjustments and the next I need to state exactly what my order is or I will get whatever the cashier put in.SMH. I was livid i to pay 51.00 for something I clearly did not want. They will never get my service ever again.
