If I could give this a 0 I would. First off I tried to use the bathroom and I was told to hurry up by the manager! Because they were closing. Then ordered a mobile order And it didn’t include fries. The service sucks in this area. I picked up $15 wort of nuggets and had to a 2nd mobile order of fries. $7 more dollars and was told I had to go back around the drive through line to pick up the freakin fries. This is a ridiculous system! Overall took 46 mins and the food sucked . I didn’t 30 on fries and chicken nugs. Worst experience ever,

I asked for a cheeseburger and I got bread and meat with two pickles and a little bit of onions no cheese it was cold my son was angry meaning I had to take my son to Chick-fil-A he told me not to take him back to this McDonald's no more who serve somebody cold food I didn't get my drink that I ordered poor poor poor service cold fries that's been sitting on the side never again

No one answered the drive thru Went in. The place was dirty looking and when asked about drive thru I got a shrug. We will go to the one on Cortez from now on out

Cons: Unsanitary. Both women's soap dispensers were out of soap. All the hand sanitizer dispensers were empty in the lobby. Wonder how many other people didn't wash their hands, employees too. Had to eat with germy hands.
No napkins were given inside the food bags like they usually.
Pros: Cute holiday decorations. Fast service. Tasty food. Kind employees gave me extra ranch.

They can’t even get a drink right and when I asked for a refund on a 2 dollar drink they told me I had to drive back 35 minutes to deal with their incompetent self’s. Registers probably already short 😂

Ordered through the app. Was shorted nuggets on our order. Got that resolved. Got home and found out what was supposed to me a mcdouble was a dry, crusty cheeseburger. This is the 3rd time I've had issues here. Will drive to another location from now on.

We go to ALOT of mcdonalds. This is the lowest budget store ive ever been to, added extra topping to my burger and they made such a big deal as if it were coming out of their paycheck, and having to debate with a min wage employee to get toppings on a burger for 10 mins is crazyyyy. Will avoid this location Everytime we are here, thankfully chick fil a and wendys right down the street
