The food is ok, however the service is what makes it a one. Everytime I go through the drive thru, the person who is taking my order is always rude or has an attitude. I can be as nice as possible, saying “please,thank you” but the person is almost always rude. All I want to do is get some food and go about my day, but the few minutes of interaction is annoying and just puts a bad taste in your mouth. Literally. Gotten to the point where I would just return the food and go about my day. It doesn’t take any extra energy to be nice. It’s one thing if I’m being rude then by all means, but when I’m being nice and using manners, nope I get attitude and rudeness.

Nothing was right. There was no one else in the lobby waiting we waited 17 min for a happy meal and a meal. The happy meal was incorrect no nuggets just fries inside.. the meal was wrong as well. I had to go to the counter 3 different times to fix my order so by the time I got to eat it the food was disgusting.

This mcdonalds has become a corporate churning wheel. Absolutely 0 respect for their customers, no hello no how are you, csnt seem to ever out utensils or napkins or even hand you straws with your drinks.
I am diabetic. I ordered a sugar free vanilla. I pulled up to the window and watched the lady very clearly pump regular vanilla syrup into my drink. When I double checked with the drive thru attendee, she turned and let the girl know it was sugar free. I then watched the girl pump sugar free vanilla into THE SAME SMALL CAPPUCCINO. That’s 4 pumps of syrup from two different syrup bottles in a small cappuccino! It was two different bottles I watch her do this! When she gave it to the drive thru attendee I stopped her and let her know it wasn’t not sugar free. And the drink attendee got an attitude and assured me it was. They had me pull forward for my food. I pulled forward and tasted it. Sure enough, I was right. This is SERIOUS for diabetics! This is a serious issue! I watched her do it and even said I watched you pump from two different syrup bottles and she doubled down. I visited at 9am on 11/14/2025 and This needs to be handled! This employee needs education on how dangerous this can be to people with health issues!
Drive through girl has horrible service!!! Forgot food on my order horrible attitude. You’re better off eating Wendy’s!

Slowest McDonald's ever doesn't matter what time of day or how many people are line ... you'll always have to wait 10+ mins
Worst McDonald's I've ever been to. I waited 15min to ask where my food was. They hadn't even begun to make it. I got a refund and left. I will never go back to this McDonald's.

Horrible location, they made me park and wait for my order then didn’t give me the latte i ordered so I’m trying to explain to the lady my order and she didn’t even speak english. When i finally got my coffee it was wrong it was just straight black coffee, they will waste your time and still give you the wrong order

Arrogant, ignored me for a long time after I walked in.
Worst experience I’ve ever had a McDonald’s four separate times my order was interrupted to take an order in the line next to me while taking the order from the second line it would add items to my order. They would then come back on the mic and say welcome to McDonald’s. I would have to explain I wasn’t finished ordering and you’ve now added additional items to my order After getting everything squared away at least seven or eight cars were able to order ahead of me. My receipt I received at 7:12 was then told to wait in spot number four. I was there until 735 when they brought out my order with number four written all over the receipt to a car at number one they were then sent back inside, but the other customer notified them this receipt says number four why don’t you check with the guy in number four in fact, it was my order. worst experience ever!!!

I went in this morning to McDonald’s. I love your coffee. I could go to Starbucks, but I feel like they’ve charged me for a colonoscopy. But every now and then they don’t give it to me, correct. Frequently at some McDonald’s. By that I mean, I order it with certain way with cream and Splenda and it doesn’t come consistently in the same way. Most the McDonald’s in my area give it to me the same way every time I go. I know which McDonald’s you are but I was in a hurry.
This trip not only was it not the way I normally order it but the lids weren’t put on tightly and my car paid the price.
I think some training is in order and recalibrating Splenda dispenser, not so much the creamer dispenser.
