Restaurant has changed since visiting 9 months ago, new servers, prices are same. Restrooms obviously have a problem, one each of men's and ladies had out of order signs on doors and the only ladies left was terrible...paper towels on floor, rags piled up around toilet and a caution floor sign in middle of floor. Lights in middle of dining room weren't on...obviously another problem. I might try again...

Pot pie had a burnt . While the crust was awesome - it was all Very dry. It’s obvious the cooks scraped the top off the burnt skillet thinking it looked okay but never tasted it. Training is needed. The food is not that cheap for so little. This was a delivery so I can’t rate the service or atmosphere. But owners need to know there’s no excite for poor cooking techniques

I started going here once a week at least. Lexi typically takes care of me and does a really great job. I always get a cup of coffee with milk and it is always hot and fresh. Most of the time I get a vegetable omelet with tomatoe slices and fresh fruit. I skip the potatoes and bread and I don't get charged extra. The food comes up very quickly and if I sit at the counter the chef usually hands it to me once it is finished. The food does not sit around for even a second. Sometimes I get a side of sausage or bacon and the portion size is bigger than expected. I have come to enjoy this restaurant as a regular place to go go.

A big fan of the diner. Well I was. The food was not up to the regular standard. We are use to. The taste was off. The restaurant itself was filthy. I wiped down the booth seats. Almost left then. But was like okay it happens. After sitting ordering and having time to just gaze around. Dirt,food piece everywhere. Didn't finish our meals. Won't be going back.

Stopped for early bird dinner. It was so salty we couldn't eat it all. The server said the food was pre-seasoned which sounds like it isn't made there. Doubt we'll go hack.
Art (the Manager) went above and beyond to deliver my food because I am disabled... They normally do not deliver... I got the Huervos Rancheros and they were incredible... I also got the Breakfast Burger and was cooked to perfection... I would highly recommend this Diner in Bradenton, FL... I love Diner food and brings back memories of after going to concerts me and my friends would hit up the New York Diners, they are the Best...! Thank you to the Chefs making the food!

Food is usually good, this particular location can be a little hit and miss with food prep. There used to be active management on the floor all the time to assure customer satisfaction. We haven't experienced that in quite a while.

I walked into Metro Diner in Bradenton on July 2nd 2025. The server came over to where I sat at the small counter. She asked me what I wanted I asked for a menu and she seemed bothered. She came back with a menu and she asked me again what I wanted. I told her to bring me coffee. She brought the coffee over and it was cold and tasted burnt. I told her to make me some fresh coffee and she told me she would microwave it for me. UNACCEPTABLE. I asked for my eggs over well she brought them out Sunnyside up I told her the eggs were cooked wrong. The server said I ordered them like that, I have never in 60 years eaten a Sunnyside up egg. She argued about the order with me. I got up and left. I will never eat at that Metro Diner again. The management should think about how it trains it's servers and cooks so that there are good interactions with customers. The customer is always right. I guess Metro Diner doesn't think the customer is always right. There are plenty of other restaurants that serve breakfast.
