Friends took us here as it is one of their favorite restaurants, and we found out why. One of the best we been to in Florida. Service exceptional, food was great. We went back 2 weeks late and can't wait to go again!
Service was great and so we're the cocktails. I love what some of the remodel did with the atmosphere but unfortunately I was disappointed with food quality. My Delmonico was tough and chewy and seemed to have been cooked a proper med rare. More important the Tuna appetizer was on the menu as AAA sushi grade and didn't seem to meet that quality. I understand times are tough for restaurants but you've gotta meet us in the middle somewhere with prices and quality....
My filet was delicious, and the cocktails and wine were also a good pairing. My husband's ribeye wasn't quite as good, but the au gratin potatoes were a hit. This was an Anniversary/Valentine's gift for us, as we had never been. And my husband mentioned it when making reservations. A teeny bit dissappointed to see t-shirts and shorts worn by some of the people in the dining area, especially for an upscale French steakhouse. Our secondary server forgot to bring...
