What great service. I took an elderly lady & the server had patience w the ordering. I also had to leave at a certain time for an appointment. They accommodated wait go box early & also the bill taken care of do we could leave at our convenience & be on time. Thank you

Honestly we barely made it through the door. The hostess, conveniently not wearing a name tag, was so rude. She didnt even say hello when I walked in, just continued with what she was doing with her co-worker. She was rude to my mother when she went to see how much longer the wait was. I worked in the restaurant business for years - one of the places being Millers Ale House. A hostess is the first person you see when you walk into a restaurant, you would expect to be greeted with a smile & a hello, bare minimum. Anyways, we went next door to Longhorn & had a great dinner.

Stopped inas I heard they had good wings here. Ive been looking for good wings since I just moved to Sarasota. I ordered some honey bbq wings and French Fries. The wings had good flavor, but they were kinda of small. I will order extra sauce next time also as they could have used more sauce. The fries were nice and hot and were seasoned well. I will give them a try again and but try a different flavor next time.

This new Miller's was a very good experience. We got lucky and we're there for the 12 wing special. 12 for 11.99 $ is juat what I needed. Wings were excellent. I had sauce on the side. Both, the 5 experience Fire and the Soicy Peach were super. Fries good as well. Beer selection is ok. Our bar tender friendly and attentive. Food came out timely. Beer prices like everywhere too high for beer other than domestic cheap stuff like budweiser or so. I would drink coke next time. And there will be a next time soon :).

Ordered a med. Well burger and it came out pink and bloody and we had to send it back. Tasted off and uneatable and was not taken off our bill. Sat at the bar. It was very crowded and noisy. Could not even hear what was being said on the t.v.'s. Upon exiting, was nearly trampled by the manager who was in way too much of a hurry to be courteous to a customer that recently had surgery and had a cane in hand for walking assistance. VERY RUDE and VERY INCONSIDERATE to your customers are we? Is that in your training manuals?

Had there rib eye 12oz steak it was great! I will recommend going to family and friends since this was my first time!
Should’ve eaten at the bar. The table service was subpar. We both ordered steak one with mashed and one baked. The steaks were dry and somehow the mashed potatoes were also. I didn’t get my baked potato till I gotten up to leave . The beer was cold

Got Zinggers again, which are fantastic when we were there a few days ago. These were not crispy and were so soft they were floppy. Service was great. Why goes your website say you can call ahead to see how busy and that you can call ahead to let the host know you will be there in 1/2 hour. When we got there the hostess, who wasn't who I talked to, said that you do not do call ahead and had no idea what I was talking about. This should not be on your website if this is something that is not offered.

My girlfriend and I ordered two Mai Tai's which were great. Then I ordered my food and the waitress did not explain to me that my option in what I ordered did not come with chicken. The food was still good regardless of not getting my chicken. Which later was offered to me after I asked about. Also the pitcher drink I ordered was not what I expected but that partially my fault. Over all it wasn't the greatest or the worst experience. May have just been the business of at the time
