We Are The Observers
We had an excellent experience at this food truck. We tried the fish empanadas, cheese and potato pastries, and enjoyed Malta Polar and Nestea. The food was ready in just 12 minutes, which shows that it’s freshly made to order—something we really appreciated.
The service was outstanding. The young woman who attended us was very kind and attentive, making the experience even more enjoyable. Despite being a food truck (and understandably not having a restroom), the place was very clean and well-lit, showing great attention to detail.
Overall, we loved our visit and definitely plan to return. Highly recommended!

3 empanadas for 20 bucks is crazy I went to visit my dad in Hialeah I got 15 empanadas fries and 2 drinks for 23 dollars and were so good and authentic this is just a over priced food vendor with a 15 minute wait I went to work of mouth instead got eggs bacon toast potatoes for 13 bucks if you don't mind paying 20 for 3 empanadas that might be small go ahead I took my business else where

The waiting time is excessive, it was too much more than 40 minutes, basically for a meal that should be almost ready, we had to ask for bags to take the food, very bad service, the customer is always right,
