Charming little sushi place, best part...The food is delicious. I tried this place a few yrs ago and had a tempura lunch, wasn't impressed. It was flavorless but I decided to give it a try again because I heard their sushi is amazing. Well it is! I grew up in SF Bay area, we had awesome Sushi. This place is honestly the best I've had since SF days. Very fresh, creative rolls and extensive menu. The staff is super kind, accommodating and made me want to return. So happy I gave tgis place a 2nd try. Winning! Happy belly.

1st time here. Staff was amazingly welcoming and friendly to everyone who walked in. Had spicy tuna and summer rolls, very good. For dinner we had shrimp tempura $17.95 (6 shrimp and 1 pc of ea yam, zucchini and broccoli) and combination tempura 22.95 (shrimp, chix veggies) both were good but was disappointed the shrimp was not tempura it was panko fried. Not the same as tempura. Panko when well done is tough and hard to eat, leaving us wondering where the shrimp was inside as there was so much panko and a small shrimp, albeit long and thin. Came with a small iceberg salad with ginger dressing, basic and white rice. Would not get these again, but presentation was a wow. Service was amazing. $75

If I could give the service 10 stars I would. We have been visiting Mizu every year on my daughters birthday for the last 4 years. The food is excellent and service is top notch. This is our favorite sushi spot in the entire area and the hibachi is great too.

Anybody who gives more than two stars is out of their minds. The vegetable tempura was cooked too long at low temperature and soaked up all the grease. The hot green tea was lukewarm at best, twice. The combo noodles had overcooked chicken, tough beef and only two small shrimp in a very greasy sauce. The number '12'out of control Sushi dish was mediocre at best. I will not be returning ever. But they did compensate Us by taking off the vegetable tempura the bill.
