What a disappointing experience. I'm generously giving 3 stars because the band 22N was fun and awesome. We got there and none of the tables had been bussed, making it hard to tell which tables were available. Party of 6, we moved all of the dirty glasses and empty food cartons to a smaller table and cleaned our table so we could sit down and relax. We were never greeted by a single server. We wanted to try some food, but were skeptical of a food truck we've never heard of? It didn't matter anyway since we never saw a server and didn't get a chance to order food. The band was supposed to play until 11 and shut down at 10:37. I'm not sure if it was just a bad night or if this is the norm. I just miss the days of having good service and familiar/local food trucks. It seems like the food and service has gone downhill in recent days.

Motor Works has never been known for having good table service as they are chronically understaffed. We learned that motor Works is under new management. Instead of the service improving, it actually has become worse.It’s really a shame because we really like the place. We were there last night and our party of five became so disgusted after having waited an hour for our waiter to appear, and then waited 30 to 40 minutes to get a drink, it happened a second time where we could not even get the waiter to come to our table outside. I don’t think we counted more than two or three waiters for the entire facility. It’s really unfortunate for them because we would’ve have stayed and ordered additional drinks and food from the menu. We gave up and left after waiting to order our second drink and have vowed to find a new venue for our outings.

We just left there after waiting 15 minutes sitting at bar without even being acknowledged. One bartender was filling walk ups(5 of which were after us) and the other was talking with customers sitting right next to us. Never even said hello, be with you in a minute. Absolutely nothing… LESSON LEARNED… DO NOT GO TO BAR IF PATRICK IS NOT WORKING!! He is amazing! Sign says under new management… better go back to old way! Never have had one complaint in 10 years. Ridiculousness

I have a very mixed review. First time there last night. I think they were very overwhelmed. No one to greet us when we came in, had to look for someone to help us. The place is gorgeous and the perfect venue for music. The crowd was fun, entertainment was amazing and the waitress we had was super sweet! BUT, we sat there for 2 hours with NO food after ordering and were being served drinks so needless to say, had fun but felt sick cause drinking on empty stomach! The waitress kept apologizing (was not her fault) Finally got the food when we were leaving, in a to go box. Woukd definitely go back and give it another try but they need to fix this. We were not the only ones who waited hours for food.

Tried to go on Sunday and they had no food open also said we couldn’t bring our own in. Said we could have a beer but outside was no drinks.
Honestly the guy was just a dick and seemed like he didn’t want us there. Worth noting we had two little ones with us. Might be the reasoning.
Nice outdoor area, it's just unfortunate that the beer sucks.

Quite enjoyed the brewery. Patrick was great in his selections of beer for us to try. Too bad the garden was rained out. Can imagine it being a nice place to hang out. Pretzel wasn’t bad either.

Really did not like my experience here. Feels more like a dive bar than a brewery. Smell of stale beer. Bathroom was not clean. Light beer tasted worse than Coors, the others tasted bitter. $17 for the worse burger and fries I've had in years. The worst quality beef with Kraft American cheese doused in mayonnaise on a burnt burn. Frozen fries, bargain ketchup even. Couldn't sit outside because it was $15 for a cover band on a Tuesday at 5 PM. Waste of time, waste of money, definitely not going back.

Don't bother, only thing good about this place is the live music. They never have enough staff, took over 30 minutes to get one drink from our waitress. Food is over priced and sold out of a food truck. They claim they are a brewery but the beers are never cold. Go eat somewhere else before you go here for live music and don't come expecting service.

So first time visit, beers were good. Food is expensive for what they give you. I honestly did not like the foam, it feels so cheap and we did ordered burgers which they were not too bad. Bartenders were fine. Beautiful place outside of the main bar, lots of table and chair. They also charge you for going outside.??♀️
