Oktoberfest brew is worth a taste. Malty and smooth, the way it should be. Great event for the kids today.

Last night our community Wine and Beer Club was treated to a fantastic private tour of the Big Top Brewers Collective facility followed by a beer tasting flight and food pairing. Josh, Big Top's brew master and an owner, led the tour and shared his expertise with us for several hours. He answered questions and spoke to all 26 of us throughout the evening. Everyone agreed that it was a fantastic evening, both educational and social in nature. The planning and execution was handled with a very high level of professionalism and attention to detail by Falyn and Alyssa from the Big Top team. This is a perfect event and venue for any community group to consider. For certain, our group will return again and again!

Great atmosphere inside and out large portions on the menu were delicious. I’ve had the Cobb salad and the salmon was delicious. Great for Sunday pro football with the big screen TVs outside and the bar.

Probably the worst place i've ever been to, disgusting beer (took number 1 and 14), no snacks, no food, no nothing, we were told there was a food truck outside but at 8pm on a Saturday it was already closed

The beer was good, the food was alright but pretty pricey and unimpressionable, and our service was subpar. We had a nice lunch but likely won’t return.

Beer has much improved since Big Top took the reigns a few years ago. Hazy Skywire, Hawaiian Lion, and Finhead, are favorites, but don't discount their other beers. They rotate beers often enough to keep the options fresh.

We alas finally got the chance to visit this "brilliant" place on 7.24.2024!!! We sat outsyde since indeed we brought our companion- Hamish, our Border Collie. We were immediately accomodated by the hostess with a fan pointed out way (oppresively hot!) and water for Hamish and a view of what was to come!
Only the beginnings of great service and outstanding food: Camille P. our hostess came out immediately with smiles, suggestions and patience. We ordered our drinks (starting with 2-Conch Republic Key Lime Wheat beers) and our brilliant appetizer all brought with no rush nor bad tyming! We then ordered our appetizer which was both unique and most tasty- The Caprese Guac!
Two more drinks of choice- the Honey Thyme Smoke Olde Fasioned & a Citrus Cannon- again spot on and magical!
For our main my wife and I split the Bee Sting Pizza and the Crispy Chicken Cobb Salad both enough for a split of 4 people with a taste and presentation like none other!
Our relaxing and "take a breath" meal/day was finished off with a Pinapple Upside Down Cake (had to try it) to go!
Needless to go on and on but we couldn't have been more impressed. We have lived in this area for 2+ years and treat ourselves weekly but never has the treat been so outstanding what with Camille P's humor, efficiency and shared knowledge but unique and abundant food we will be equally back for tyme and again... cheers to ownership (always reflected in the professionalism and great atmosphere of staff, thus planning and providing a place second to none! Follow-up 7.27.2024: After the glorious experience of Wednesday the 24th sadly to say just the opposite occurred today the 27th!

We arrived and placed our name on a list for two and were told it would be 10 minutes at the most and that they were short staffed (an understatement!). We waited at the check-in desk for 35 minutes and decided to chance it outsyde regardless of the threat of rain. We then proceeded outside to one of the tables after chequin' in at the outsyde desk and waited for another 1/2 hour with not even a look our way! Again, 30 minutes went by without even a glance our way!!!

Note: We saw the party leave at the cushioned section we sat at Wednesday the 24th and another 20 minutes later with staff merely flying by once again I went insyde to enquire how to illicit service and was rudely greeted by a hostess, SERINITY, and instead of offering to help she berated me stating that, "she never saw us" then stated (obviously she did) "you were sitting on the blue chairs outsyde and NEVER told our outside host". I, vehemently asked her, "instead of helping us and providing service you are accusing me of lying and disregarding our tyme spent and desire for service?" She, SERENITY, continued to try to dominate the conversation and when I told her we moved up to the cushioned seating to try to encourage a waiter's attention she rudely stated and countered, "there is no waiter service there and we had to go t0 the bar!". False: this after our waiter service Wednesday in the exact same place!!!!

We certainly realize every service establishment in this climate is short-handed and we are extremely patient to that situation but to be entirely IGNORED and then service staff challenging me with false accusations is 100% intolerable.

Previously we alas thought we found our "go to" place but now what with this experience and staff performance I ask you could we go back with the chance of intolerance and management allowing (or not attending too) such behavior and ignoring paying and repeat customers who expect consistency and competence!

A great casual spot for a beer with the best bar tenders in Lakewood Ranch. Trivia Tuesdays are the best!

Great place to visit! The beer is great, spacious venue, and the staff is super attentive and friendly! Must stop if you're in the area!

Big Top is always clean and has the friendliest staff. Alyssa, in particular, goes above and beyond to ensure every visit is enjoyable with her warm welcome and attentive service. The new events they've introduced are fantastic additions, offering great entertainment and creating a lively atmosphere. Whether you're visiting for a regular outing or one of their special events, Big Top consistently delivers a wonderful experience that keeps us coming back. Highly recommend!

My wife and I visited Bradenton a few weeks ago to visit with a friend of ours. While in town we visited Brewers Collective and our experience could not have been better. The servers, Alyssa and Jessie welcomed us with a smile and educated us on all of the beverages they had. They also had country line dancing the night we were there, which we participated in. I will defintely be going back when I am in town and will recommend it to all of my friends and family! Great Job Brewers Collective!

BTBC has awesome staff, that are super friendly as well as knowledgeable of the beers they brew and have on tap. Live music on the weekends and bar deals and games throughout the week.
