Last night our community Wine and Beer Club was treated to a fantastic private tour of the Big Top Brewers Collective facility followed by a beer tasting flight and food pairing. Josh, Big Top's brew master and an owner, led the tour and shared his expertise with us for several hours. He answered questions and spoke to all 26 of us throughout the evening. Great atmosphere inside and out large portions on the menu were delicious. I’ve had the Cobb salad and the salmon was delicious. Great for Sunday pro football with the big screen TVs outside and the bar.

Beer has much improved since Big Top took the reigns a few years ago. Hazy Skywire, Hawaiian Lion, and Finhead, are favorites, but don't discount their other beers. They rotate beers often enough to keep the options fresh.
