I have been a loyal customer at Oak and Stone for several years, but my recent visit left me extremely disappointed. Last night, I brought my family and in-laws for dinner, a party of eleven. We called ahead to ensure they could accommodate our group, and were told that it would be no problem. They put us on the wait list and prepared a table for us on the roof.
When we arrived, it was extremely windy, and our server kindly offered to move us inside, as my elderly parents were uncomfortable. However, when we went back downstairs, we were told by the hostess that they couldn't seat parties of eight or more and that we would need to split up. My sister asked to speak to the manager, who eventually managed to arrange two tables for us so we could dine together.
While waiting for our tables, my brother-in-law decided to try the beer wall. The bartender took his ID and bank card and handed him a wristband. When we finished our meal, my brother-in-law asked to close his tab and retrieve his ID and bank card, but was told they had already been returned. Despite explaining several times to our server and the manager that the ID and card had not been returned, the manager insisted on searching my brother-in-law's wallet and patting him down, which was highly inappropriate and humiliating.
To make matters worse, my sister showed the bank charge on their app to prove the card had been used, but the staff continued to deny having it. My sister and her husband now have to drive home out of state without his bank card or driver's license and will need to replace both, at their expense.
The clear lack of care and the rude behavior from the manager were incredibly disappointing. I will not be returning to Oak and Stone, and I will be taking my business elsewhere where customers are treated with respect.

5/5 stars! Oak & Stone exceeded my expectations in every way! The rooftop bar was incredible, with stunning views of the Twin Dolphin Marina! But what really made our visit stand out was the exceptional service from the bartenders. Tessa was hands down the best bartender I've ever had - she was knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our visit. Taylor was also great, providing excellent service with a smile. The drinks were crafty and delicious, and the atmosphere was lively and fun. We can't wait to come back and enjoy another night out at Oak & Stone's rooftop bar!

I had an amazing experience at Oak & Stone! Our server, Fernanda, was absolutely fantastic—friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect. We had Calamari, i had a Sunk kissed ahi bowl and it was fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented also had a delicious spice strawberry margarita. And let’s talk about my husband favorite “the wall of beers” such a unique and fun way to explore different craft options. I can’t wait to come back!
