Lady over the phone was EXTREMELY rude, was on hold 4 different times. By the time she took my order I was over 30 minutes into it. Finally ordered and she up charged me 20$ More than what I ordered. Never got the food. Will not being going back. Wouldn’t even rate it 1 star.

The sushi is good, and they have an authentic Japanese itamae. But the woman running this restaurant is very rude and unorganized. I also caught them using old fish, and they don’t respect their own business hours.

The serving lady was nice but she's the only person taking orders in the entire restaurant and as a result, it took her a long time to take our orders. I think it took them about 20 mins to finally get our orders and another 40 minutes to serve them (just two entrees; no sushi). I was surprised to see their expensive menu. I find it pricier than the place we go to in New York. The food was not so good. We paid more than what's written on the menu for one exact order so I agree with the person who mentioned the same issue here that they don't follow the menu prices. Will definitely not come back.

We love this spot. I see some poor reviews and cannot understand how you have a bad experience here. They must be coming in with poor attitudes already. My 2 year old and 1year old both love the food here too and the staff is super friendly. We always have fresh fish and a great time!
