We came today to take advantage of their veterans day deal, and we are incredibly disappointed. We were seated within 5 minutes, but the waitress took 10 minutes to take our drink order. I signed up for the rewards and was told I'd get a free bloomin onion. That took 20 minutes to come out and our waitress never came by during that time. The silverware was dirty and water stained. The bloomin onion came out with so much grease we could barely eat it. I ordered the steakhouse salad with med rare meat, and it came medium. The lettuce was old and brown. I didn't touch it. My daughter got the French onion soup and when the food runner brought it, he brought it with a fork and told us all the spoons were in the dishwasher!!!! Are you serious?!?!?! What kind of chain restaurant doesn't have ample silverware??? When our entrees came, the burger she got was cold and so were the fries, and my coconut shrimp were soaked in grease. I am so sick right now feeling like I am going to throw up at any moment, but hey, they brought us plenty of coke refills. From start to finish, it took us 2 hours, and we left 10 minutes after getting our lunch if that tells you anything. We were so incredibly disappointed, and we will never ever ever return. As a Marine Corps veteran and our daughter in JROTC, this was meant to be a celebratory meal. Instead, we are all home sick.
