We came in on an overall busy night with my grandfather. The manager, Troy Moore, noticed he would have an issue standing for the 30 minutes we were told would take to get a table. He cleared a table and sat us as soon as possible. A huge thank you to him and the whole staff for accommodating us and making and incredible meal.
Beautiful restaurant! I try to visit when they first open for the day. Each time our family has gone, we have great service, perfect meal and we will be back again and again! The filet mignon is delicious!
We are so fortunate to have a new Outback Steakhouse in Lakewood Ranch. Garrett, the Manager is very considerate and exhibits great professionalism towards his customers. We will back soon!
