I've had a few good experiences at Pacific Counter, but on the most recent visit I ordered a chicken bowl (to go) for my husband and the meat was dry and cold. We both tried it and couldn't eat it. We had to throw the bowl away. It feels so disappointing to waste food and money. Their fish poke bowls and boba tea are great, but I don't think we will go back.

Update very disappointed in how Art the Manger runs this store. Very arrogant and know it all. The boba is hit and miss as well as the staff. will be looking for another boba place or will save my money and go next door for a juice smhThis really use to be my go to boba spot but all the new employees either need to be trained or need to slow down last few times have not been worth an $8 drink and I honestly love their drinks

They have the flavors and ingredients down. Everything always tastes fresh and delicious. I pretty much always get a burrito, but their spam Musubi is also awesome. The house sauce is great and we love to get the Sesame and chili aioli ones as well.

Purest example of night shift expecting no guest to come in an hour before close. My boyfriend and I never have been here and we came in 41 minutes before they closed and were met with a women dead panning us clearly upset that we were about to order. She quite literally stopped dropped her trash bags and just stared. She was wearing rhinestone pants and had curly brown hair in braids. Good thing we only were ordering drinks and not a bowl. The cashier and other guy were fine and friendly. I’ve worked food service for the past 6 years, I understand the annoyance of wanting to pre close and having customers interrupt that but never have I given such a rude response as what we were met with. Hope this helps.
