I have been coming to this place 2-3 times a week since moving here. Sometimes with my service animal, sometimes without. Never had a problem until this past weekend.I came in and was greeted by a new bartender telling me I could not have a dog in there. I told him that he was a service dog and told him the tasks he performs. The reply I got was “I don’t know, I’ve never heard of that. And the owner is here so he’s not going to allow it.” Since when it is my problem if you haven’t heard of my dogs tasks? Apparently that night. I asked if he could just get the owner over to talk to him. The owner came over and told me that he “Did not believe my dog was a service animal.” Since when is it my problem that you don’t believe that? Apparently that night. He seemed as if he had been drinking and was sort of aggressive in his tone, making it an uncomfortable and unprofessional situation.He ended up “allowing me” to be confined to one area in the bar. I grabbed a drink and continued to hear the owner talk with his friends across the bar basically mocking me and calling me a liar. This is supposed to be a veteran friendly bar, so you would figure they would understand and support vets and their service animal.The ironic thing is that the previous time I went, another bartender (who is awesome) jokingly said I wasn’t allowed to come back unless I brought my dog.Besides being illegal, it’s a shame that this happened because I loved going to this bar to watch games and play darts/pool.

It's a cool place to hang out ant watch sports, full bar and lots of beer options. I just wish they served Irish food.

I was here about a year ago. Cool crowd not sure what the other person was talking about with they don't like other folks coming in. I was cool with the bouncer and the bartender. Folks might have been a little clicky like any other spot but I can make friends with a fire hydrant so I was trading tops with some random gal at the end of the night, at the bar. so... I had been there a few times before so pretty cool with the folks there. I'm Latin so I didn't expect any warmth from strangers either. I might go over tonight. Hopefully I won't be changing this excerpt.

Great time on the patioSuper nice ownership let us use the patio for a gathering of our football fan group. Bartenders are great too and prices quite reasonable. The other review mentioned smoking. There is no smoking inside but it is allowed on the patio. It is Florida after all.

The thing with sports bar types of places comes down to the people sitting at your table, service was good and fast even when it was a little crowded. Food was hot and tasty. Nothing to complaint on my part.

It's a fine bar to hang out at, or so it looked like... Turned away a service animal (on their outdoor smoking patio??) which they are legally not allowed to do. Did not feel like causing a fuss and I'll bring my money some place else.
