Food was Panera quality as usual. Staff was friendly. Not a fan of the cafe style .

I don’t know about you guys, but when I’m eating my food, I don’t want somebody rigorously sweeping a carpet with a broom near my table. Brooms just put everything into the air and then it lands on your food and you eat it. This really turned me off of my meal. The lady that took my order was mediocre at best for customer service. My meal came out in a quick time and it was very good. The young men in the kitchen did a great job.

Wow,!! I was in shock seeing my favorite eating place in my Bradenton town, was so dirty, tables very nasty, the register young man, unpleasant, like -0 customer service, dry and the floor dirty, I have to clean my own table before I seat down, wow, please manager watch your cameras and you employees need more training to keep this place as number one in my town Florida, 9/14/2025...🥴🥴🥴🥴. Sorry but today was a real Wake up call for this place, Employees need more enthusiasm and need to learn how to take control and act like is their own, Manager time to step up, please and thanks

The ginger ale and starry lines are clogged or not operating correctly, the drive through coffee is lukewarm from the pots they have them sitting in and at 8:00AM-ish in the morning they have no hazelnut coffee brewed. There is a reason there may be 2 cars in this drive-thu vs 12-15 like other morning cafes.
We got two meals and a kid sized frozen lemonade for $15 plus tax each, $5 for lemonade, and we're both still hungry.
I spend that anywhere else, and I'm full

First, I ordered my bacon and egg on a ciabatta. The young lady told me to drive around to the window. I drive around to the window. I sat at the window at least 2 full minutes now that may not seem like a lot but when you’re sitting there and she’s on the other side of the window, ignoring you two minutes is a long time. So she opens the window I pay $7.70 for what I think is way overpriced. she then says OK thank you here’s your change thinking there’s another window to drive around the corner like most places so I drive around and there’s not.
she didn’t say OK you’re hold on, sir. Your food will be right out nothing. So I go inside now and I tell the girl at the front counter I paid for my drive-through and did not know I should’ve waited at the same window. So I’m waiting another two minutes. Finally I spoke to the manager saying hey can you tell me where my food is? They have a terrible system and people that are very unhelpful. Here is what I paid &7.70 for. What do you think? Worth the money???

I will add the food was delicious but I had an extremely negative experience upon entering today me and my mother she is Pakistani was berated physically and verbally by an unpleasant Middle Aged White Man my mom being 60 YO felt extremely violated and hurt when we try to diffuse situation man gets louder and makes racial comments to us and then judges us for being homeless because we are wet from tropical depression.
I will be putting this on my TikTok story and Facebook. I will say that the racist man a customer was trying to have both of us ejected from the casual dinning resturant from looking unsightly.
Management said nothing about us being unwelcomed but if this is how a majority of customers at this establishment at to anyone whom they have never been introduced then I would rather not return to this place.
I am giving 1 star for the horrible atmosphere this caused and the overall enjoyment being horrendous you do not patronage a resturant to be abused my mother is a victim of psychological trauma and this was very traumatizing.
I do not want any monetary value or anything just to at when staff sees customers being racially provocative and abusing customers that they neutralize it immediately. We felt endangered.

This is the third time we've had an issue going to this particular Panera bread it just seems like the people they have working there don't have two brain cells to rub together.... It shouldn't be that hard when you say one order and then just make it two times and then also not realize that you're charging way above and beyond... Then to get someone else involved to then make us wait another 5 minutes it's just not a good look Panera bread.... Will not be returning
