This store needs better management. Employees from 3 to 5 are not very courteous. Highchair are dirty and smudgy, use at your own risk, tables are littered with crumbs and dry drinks. Fountain drinks had no flavors, just ice cold. I don't intend to stop by there ever.

Worst panera I have ever gone too.Simple orders can't even be completed correctly.Drive thru is terrible every time you sit forever for them to respond then they say to wait they take your order the I sit again forever while they walk around to fulfill the most simple order.A bagel n butter!! That shouldn't take 15 minutes.Saying at window talks about tips, my tip would be find new jobs!! Somewhere else cause that play is the worst. Old location across the street had so much better employess and service

Ordered online, first of all, I ordered two whole sandwiches and I only got one half, I ordered a bowl of chicken noodle, and not only did I only a cup, but I didn't even get the right soup

Dirtiest Panera I can ever recall visiting. Food was fine. Staff was apathetic. Bathrooms dirty. The floors behind the counter were exceptionally filthy. No pride.

Marked ready for rapid pickup, order sat on table for over 5 minutes while they did other orders. They're more worried their numbers will run up. They had my sandwich and my soup they even has the French bread. But they failed to put them in a bag and put them over the counter for over 5 minutes. . . The order marked ready, with everything ready still not ready. I watched as my food was disregarded and passed up for other window orders and females. Lady behind me ordered and immediately got service. I eventually got tired and sent my wife. Within 1 min my wife had a food with an apology. I was entirely ignored save for one older gentlemen, idk his name but the only black guy on front of house, he was nice and was working to keep customer morale healthy. Good job dude. You are the star. Poor job on the manager getting angry and arguing with his employees.

Ordered bagels 2 weeks before Christmas. Picked up the order on Christmas Eve. Shame on me for not doublechecking the order. They shorted me 4 bagels which I discovered on Christmas morning. Very disappointed.

The lady at drive thru window was very nice and had soups ready. We waited 15! minutes for 1/2 chicken salad sandwich. The manager came to check on the issue then just walked away! He didn’t check with the cooks. I watched 6 sandwiches get served before my half sandwich. Then when it came it had small lump of chicken salad- I will go to one on University in the future!!

They were pretty much sold out of all the bagels and had little to no assortment of desserts. I don't like the technology of ordering first while there's several employees in the back. No one came up and said we will be right with you, place your order at the kiosk first, Merry Christmas/Happy Holidays and welcome to Panera. None of that good old verbal interaction or good customer service was utilized. Even after standing there for 5 minutes.
There was no human interaction...we ended up leaving the store. 🙄
It has been over a year that we haven't been received the great customer service that we received at Panera Bread. I made a mistake when I placed my order, and I didn't notice until later. The lady who took care of my order was very nice and asked the manager about the issue. They fixed it at no additional charge even when I offered to pay for my mistake. No wonder why Panera Bread has no competition. They customer service is just wonderful. And is grately appreciated. Thank you!

The food is good IF they get your order correct. They are incredibly slow!!. I ordered a latte and watched the girl making it move with no urgency like a sloth. 10 min later she finally started my drink THEN had to go look for espresso beans. I finally just left I had to get back to work.
