It has been over a year that we haven't been received the great customer service that we received at Panera Bread. I made a mistake when I placed my order, and I didn't notice until later. The lady who took care of my order was very nice and asked the manager about the issue. They fixed it at no additional charge even when I offered to pay for my mistake. No wonder why Panera Bread has no competition. They customer service is just wonderful. And is grately appreciated....
i would love to say the location is the bomb but it's not!!! old location may have been smaller but was way more organized. I never had any mess up orders. I have been to the new location 3 times now. I should know to check my bag! broccoli cheese soup bowl, drink and cookie ordered. where's my bread bowl??? Also let's get some organization like line markers to tell people where to stand to wait. front of the house taking orders need to be able to communicate...
I did not dine in. I used the drive through. I was waited on promptly by one of the most pleasant employees I have ever had the pleasure to speak with. Many years ago I was fortunate enough to go through customer service training with the Marriott Corporation and the Disney Institute. Those trainings were phenomenal! I have used the training from those programs in every aspect of my life ever since. I know good customer service after speaking with someone for seconds. All too...
