They charged me for a whole salad & wouldn’t even have the decency after MESSING up my order to give me a $1 soup with the half salad. The lady at the drive thru had no idea about the $1 soup add in so I had to tell her and she told me I could do it with a half salad. She then charged me for a full salad & the manger came over. She was dismissive & said she can’t give me a half salad with a $1 soup. Ma’am, it’s a $1. You just charged me for the wrong order & I have to wait 7 days to get my money back & you can’t give me a $1 soup??? Hahaha wowww

How can you have a bakery that’s out of most bagels, no soufflés, coffee, on a Sunday morning. No one working but the woman making sandwiches and no regular coffee cups. Everyone else standing around like they are lost. Got my cherry danish and had to ask for it to be warmed. Always a “thing” at other Panerra shops we frequent. Good thing we don’t live here because I would probably never frequent again.

Placed our order at 1:54 PM. The drinks were incorrect at first but were quickly fixed. We were then directed to wait in spot #1 for the rest of our order.
A staff member came out with an order for someone named Steve (not us) and left without clarification. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I went inside at 2:20 PM to ask about our food. I was told the delay was due to a shift change. The order wasn’t remade and ready until 2:30 PM.
The last manager we spoke with was very nice and professional, which we appreciated—but the overall experience was frustrating due to the long wait, confusion, and lack of communication.

I will not be returning to this location! The thought alone makes me sick. Ordered to-go and unfortunately had to use the restroom... Bathrooms were foul, with feces stuck to the toilet along with a nice pink ring of a bacterial growth. Yummy! Meaning it probably hasn't been cleaned in at least a week. Furthermore, I wasn't able to eat the salad I went for in the first place. It was wilted to the point that there was water in the bottom of the container. Meaning it was probably made days prior. Waste of time, money and now probably need a tetanus shot. Thanks Panera!
