Placed our order at 1:54 PM. The drinks were incorrect at first but were quickly fixed. We were then directed to wait in spot #1 for the rest of our order.
A staff member came out with an order for someone named Steve (not us) and left without clarification. After waiting nearly 30 minutes, I went inside at 2:20 PM to ask about our food. I was told the delay was due to a shift change. The order wasn’t remade and ready until 2:30 PM.
The last manager we spoke with was very nice and professional, which we appreciated—but the overall experience was frustrating due to the long wait, confusion, and lack of communication.

I like Panera Bread! I go there often because I have their sip club membership and I really like their soups, sandwiches and bagels.

I will not be returning to this location! The thought alone makes me sick. Ordered to-go and unfortunately had to use the restroom... Bathrooms were foul, with feces stuck to the toilet along with a nice pink ring of a bacterial growth. Yummy! Meaning it probably hasn't been cleaned in at least a week. Furthermore, I wasn't able to eat the salad I went for in the first place. It was wilted to the point that there was water in the bottom of the container. Meaning it was probably made days prior. Waste of time, money and now probably need a tetanus shot. Thanks Panera!

I ordered 3 bagels with cream cheese to go and they couldn’t cut them? SERIOUSLY Also they didn’t give me my side the baguette
I have always been a fan of Panera Bread but my recent trip there for lunch was crazy expensive! $13.00 plus tax for an ordinary sandwich, plus chips @ $2.00, a fountain drink that you fix for yourself @ $3.50 plus tax, and one cookie @ $ 2.50 plus tax all totaled to over $20.00 for lunch!

We've ordered from here three times and all three times we were disappointed. The first time they forgot to make our order so it took an extra 45 min. The last two times they forgot to add our bread and they were out of cheddar broccoli soup. So we ordered chicken and wild rice. One was 100% watery and the other super thick. And we tipped for takeout because we support servers and workers. The food was subpar. The restaurant was clean, but having bad experiences all three times? Nah. Something is wrong with staffing this restaurant. Not sure if we'll ever try Panera again.

I go to a lot of Paneras, this one is one of the good ones. Staff is very friendly and helpful, the place is clean. I will definitely stop in again when I'm up this way.
