On multiple occasions, the doors were locked well before the scheduled closing time, turning away customers without justification.I strongly urge the regional manager or supervisor to address these issues seriously. The behavior of the staff, particularly those working the shift on March 1st, 2024, tarnishes the reputation of Panera as a welcoming and customer-oriented establishment.Immediate action is necessary to rectify this situation and ensure all employees understand and fulfill their duties professionally and courteously. I'm a Panera fan. The food is very good, healthy and quite interesting. Service is always good. And since Zak took over management, everything always looks clean, neat and well organized. He's made a big difference! I highly recommend this Panera.

This Panera bread has the best manager! Any time he is on shift the restaurant is clean, pleasant, and he is very accommodating. He gave us a free meal when we did not like what we ordered (a new item on the menu). We love going to this

STAFF WAS GREAT! Zach the manager in particular was amazing and helpful. It felt like a very warm and welcoming atmosphere. They have really turned this Panera around!
Staff was outstanding and so considerate and helpful. We came in as a group of four and from the register to the table we were helped by so many associates. Restaurant was clean and tidy. Parking is a little difficult and small but there is other parking near by. Food was fresh and they were only out of two things when we came which seems shocking as a lot of Paneras have been running out of a lot of items before noon.
A bit spendy… My husband said that his restroom was clean. Trash under the booth across from us. Our partition had food on the wall. Spots on the floor indicating that it hadn’t been mopped recently. Seats had crumbs on them. Staff was cordial. I don’t think that I’d hurry back.

Drive thru. Service was good. Pleasant employee. But when you order a Greek salad. You should make sure everything is in it. Like the feta cheeses. The peppers. It was not the usual salad I order in New Jersey.
