It was my first time trying this location and it was great! Hot food and the manager gave me a random act of kindness. I went back in line for a brownie and although there was only 1 person in front of me at the register the manager served me the brownie free of charge. I know it's not realistic to give out free food all the time but it honestly made it day.
Kiki and Maria were the sweetest and treated me so well. Super friendly employees that know how to take care of their customers. Also the chipotle chicken avo melt was probably the best one I've ever gotten from a Panera.
I placed a large order with a to-go coffee box and other items for an early pick up time. It was ready right on time and packed very well. Staff was kind and even provided the sweeteners, half and half, napkins and butter packets for my order. Thank you all!
