We ordered our pizza and had a 53 -108 minute delivery time. Now the delivery time is over TWO HOURS!

Aren’t employees required to wear gloves when making pizzas how gross walking in and seeing them with no gloves on touching all ingredients making the pizza. Says it’s required for them to wear clean gloves each time. I guess that’s not the case at this location.
Men this was the worst pizza that I ever had. The delivery was 30 minutes late and the pizza was not well just terrible from the beginning. Call the store then they put me on hold 10 minutes. Terrible experience 😪
We ordered a Lg works with no black olives and a Lg 1 topping pepperoni pizza. When I arrived, there were several employees right outside the door smoking. Most establishments have designated areas for this instead of right at the door as customers are walking in. Then I tell the lady my name, she hands me 1 box. I said to her, there should be another one as well. she checks and says that it’ll be coming right up. I pay for the order and wait .When I get home, I find out that there are no green peppers on the works pizza at all, so there were no green peppers and no black olives. So they got the no black olives, correct but they also did not put green peppers on our order that was supposed to be there.That is the one that was already cooked when I arrived. I also ordered an extra garlic butter with a total of three one of them were already open in the box. We have had much better Papa John’s pizza before I’m not sure what’s going on here.

After the third messed up order at this papa, john's, I finally went to the online complaint website and filed a formal complaint, so they sent me a gift certificate for a free large two topping pizza to make up for it to give them another chance. Surprise, surpriseThe coupon code for the free pizza does not work.It is an invalid code, this papa.John's is going downhill so fast.I don't think I'll ever eat there again. When you can't even send out a valid replacement coupon for a messed up Pizza. Something's wrong in your management. And I never did hear back from when their employee cussed me out for simply asking him to hand me my Pizza sitting under the hot plate.

I’m sorry to leave a poor review for this Papa John’s location. When I arrived, I could see the staff working very hard to keep up with orders, so I’m not sure if the issue was due to being short-staffed or a problem with the ordering system. Unfortunately, my online order was overlooked in favor of DoorDash pickups. Even after arriving at the store and asking about my order several times, I ended up waiting 50 minutes—only to discover that my pizzas had been sitting on the rack long enough to be cold. How that happened?

We ordered 2 pizzas and a drink for delivery. Estimated time was 35-45 minutes. An hour passes. No call. So go outside to check and find a two boxes of pizza sitting on the floor cold. No one ran the door bell. No call from any one. But most importantly they forgot the drink. So I call the store to have my drink. They tell me they can’t deliver it. And that they will have to refund my order. I’m like ok. The next day I don’t see any confirmation of refund. So I call back asking about the status of my refund. He gets annoyed with me and starts telling me they can’t do refunds and goes on explaining how they use door dash and this and that as if that is my problem. I’m like how do I get my money back because I didn’t get my drink and you charged me. He keeps going on and on about how they can’t refund and then conveniently call disconnects.
So yeah they charge you, they don’t give you what you order and then they will argue with you man make you feel like it was your fault lol.

Will never order here ever again, or any other papa John’s. The last time we ordered here the pizza was so undercooked, it was literally melted cheese on dough. We decided to give it another try. They put ZERO SAUCE OR CHEESE on the pizza! How do you forget to do that?!?! And the ingredients were supposed to be split on the left and the right, but they were just thrown on both sides. Since it was basically just bread and dry ingredients, we moved the ingredients around, put some shredded mozzarella on it, and popped it in the microwave. It wasn’t even worth calling to order a new one. Pizza SUCKS here! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT!!!!!!!

Today is august fourteenth two thousand twenty five,, my wife placed an order online, said it would be ready within fifteen to twenty minutes, welcome to Papa John's , about fifteen after six, i have to meet that we're pretty busy.
Probably five people waiting on pizza, 5 employees working the store, not one employee said a word to me, i waited about twenty to twenty five minutes, still no one had said a word to me, stepped outside got my phone out and called the store, a employee walked over to the phone and answered it, i walked back in as he was answering the phone., he put me on hold, as he's hanging the phone up I tried to say something to him, he waved me off, i stepped around the.
Corner and asked one of the ladies employees, i needed to talk to a manager, she pointed at the employee who answered the phone, said he was the manager, his management skills we're very unprofessional., so I didn't even tip to talk to him, i just canceled my order

Apparently when you order 40 dollars worth of food. You must have to pay extra for it to be hot and sliced up. I guess I didnt pay that extra fee
I was having a really bad experience at this location today until Lilly clocked in and took of the situation. Her customer service skills were spectacular and she also went above and beyond to fix the issue and my experience. Thank you Lilly!
