We used to order from the one on Cortez Road but ever since the hurricane I guess the store has been closed so we've had the order of pizza from another chain it's really sad because Papa John's is our favorite pizza

I used to get pizza from this location awhile back quite a bit. It was decent then. Yesterday on 10/6/2024 I ordered the 5 pizza deal, supposed to be cooked well done, as was requested , which came to $82 and change. What I got was not that at all. It was all a not completely cooked, soggy mess on every pizza. Mainly undercooked dough. The place was empty. They weren't cooking at the time but couldn't find it in them to cook these right?!? $82 for crap! Never again.

This is a really disgusting and unsanitary restaurant. The worker goes from operating the pizza machine to dipping both unwashed and ungloved hands into the bucket of cheese and a bucket of what look like pieces of chicken. Hasn't the department of health inspected this place. I can only imagine what goes on where the public can't see. Not to mention that I placed the order on line was told it would take 14 minutes. I got these in 20 minutes and the order wasn't even started. Cancelled the order after seeing the unsanitary conditions.

Great fast pizza! Easy ordering and the staff go above and beyond! We order a couple of times a month and the weekend evening crew are always friendly! Pizzas are consistently hot and toppings fresh!

Really disappointed doughy in the middle. First and last time there. Skimped on toppings and just did not seem cooked. 2 packets of parmesan when requesting more. Little Caesars is scary better! I will reheat it and toppings and call it a day.

Long time customer, last time we ordered they used grub hub to deliver it and he took both pizzas out of his bag and handed them to us upside down! My son went to the website right away and we got no response. I also sent a second complaint and again nothing. No apologies no refund, nothing. Very disappointed. Zero customer service.

I placed an order on the app and when I sent my husband to pick up the order.. our order never went to the store so it was never being made nor did they have proof that we placed an order.. they made the experience better then we expected! Our kids and us appreciate them so much! Thank you!!
