A great experience from start to finish….once I got there. Do not recommend calling in your order, you are routed to a call center (God knows where.). Go in person, the woman at the Lakewood Ranch Blvd location is bright and friendly, and a great salesperson I might add…I believe her name is Michelle. She deserves a raise, very knowledgeable about current promotions and I took all of her recommendations! At her suggestion, I ordered the Grandpapa pizza, it was so delicious! Keep doing what you’re doing at this location because you’re doing it right, A+!

I order from this papa johns quite a bit, and they never dissapoint. Tonight my daughter asked who made the pizza because the pepperoni pizza was SUPERB. Thanks Shelly for taking my call! Keep up the great work!

Had a bit of a mishap getting my order so called the store and talked to Shelley. She worked quick and kindly to make sure we received what we ordered. Thanks to the team here we are currently enjoying our pizza, which is delicious btw! 👍🏻

TRAVIS/ SO CALLED MGR. I WAS NOT TOLD THEY use DOOR DASH FOR DELIVERY AFTER 900p, I could have Placed my order with Door Dash FOR BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE. I waited on hold to even place my order and Mgr Said he never heard my whole order and yes 1 pizza cost me $30 bucks.
The worst Customer service, SORRY I EVER CALLED THIS STORE.
