Pizza and cheese sticks are the most disgustingly that I ever had from this place. Breads were not cook all the way and it was undercooked. I have never received pizzas this bad out of all pizza I have ate in the past 20 years. I will never ordered from here again. And I also put down no contact order meaning don’t be knocking on my door and hang me the pizzas either as it state in no contact order that they will leave it at door steps

In ordered a pep pizza and cheese sticks and look at this. Never even got the cheese sticks and this is the pizza I get. This is the most blatant disrespect I have ever seen. I made pizza for years and would never serve this to a customer. The manager did not even care when I called to talk about this order either. Anyone with eyes can see this pizza is messed up and they sent it out the door anyway. DO NOT ORDER FOOD FROM HERE.

Or I ordered an Alfredo pizza with salami the pizza in certain edges the cheese is missing and in addition or ordered wings that I didn't receive I'm very angry because it's not for the money but it's a matter of principle the manager doesn't respond thanks to the customer service I could be a reporter I think they don't order anymore in this store

I’ve been to the Papa John’s on Market St a few times now, and every visit has been fantastic! The staff are always friendly, and my orders are consistently hot, fresh, and delicious. The pizza is always perfectly made—cheese is melty, the crust is the perfect balance of crispy and soft, and the toppings are generous.
I’d also like to give a special shoutout to Austin, the manager. He always goes above and beyond to ensure my experience is great, whether it’s checking on my order, offering recommendations, or just providing excellent service. It’s clear he takes pride in running a smooth operation, and it really shows in the quality of both the food and the customer service.
The location is always clean, and despite how busy it can get, the team delivers quickly without sacrificing quality. This has become my go-to spot in Bradenton, and I’ll definitely be back! Keep up the awesome work, Austin and team! 🍕👌

Chris the current manager is very nice and respectful, had my food out in no time. The pizza was good too I don't go anywhere for pizza especially since it's so customizable and convenient, the negative reviews are so ignorant. People have bad days that doesn't mean there service is bad.

I order 30 pizzas, $350, for a Retirement Community I manage for supper at 5:30. I was assured that this was no problem and they would be ready at 5pm for me to pickup. My coworker went there at 4:45 and there were only 11pizzas ready and they gave some lame excuse why they were delayed. 3 more trips and finally at 6pm they completed our order. This is a photo of the quality I received on about 6 pizzas. I guess these are for someone that really likes crust. I will not entrust them to service my Community again..

Convenient location. Easy access and easy parking. Stopped in today to order cheese and pepperoni and a Veggie Pizza WITHOUT cheese. The woman working was so great and she said, “I got you!” When I came back, the pizzas were hot and delicious! The vegan pizza was fabulous!!! Such a pleasant surprise for a chain!
