I ordered a pizza online at 5:00 pm to be delivered at 7:00 pm. At 7:30 pm I called the store asking about my order, she said doordash had not come to pick it up yet! 20 minutes later it was delivered and it was cold and looked like it had been sitting around since 5:00 pm and it was so over cooked the pepperoni was dust when you bit into it! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered through the app on my phone through my papa John’s profile. I was upset when after I placed my order I was redirected to door dash for the delivery of my order. I followed the tracker for the door dash delivery driver and waited at my door when I saw the car was approaching my complex. I was confused when my order was switched to delivered bc I was waiting and no one even walked through my walkway attempting to deliver my order. I waited a few more minutes, no one. I tried calling the stores number only to get an automated messaging system. One of the options was if there was a problem to say speak to a manager. Did that. It would say let me transfer your call, then would hang up. I tried several times, same results. Had my husband try, same results. He had to dig around for the number to door dash. I figured well it was their driver they can fix the problem, only for door dash to tell me they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t order directly through them. It was their driver!!! I had to further dig to find a corporate number for papa John’s. I called them. Got to speak to someone and they said they couldn’t authorize a refund but that they would put a ticket into the store and I’d hear either from phone or email. I’m still waiting. Yes I still want my money back, but it’s not just about the money. It’s the principle. At this point I already avoid door dash like the plague because it is incredibly crappy in this area for reasons commonly known. Further to this, I will go somewhere else for different pizza as long as they have customer appreciation and better customer service. No one should have to go through such hoops just to have a situation fixed. I’d have been happy with my order being resent. Now you’ve lost a customer.

Ordered today right at opening 10am , pizza delivered fresh and perfectly made, I appreciate the good work! 22$ fantastic price for an XL pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, I pay usually 35$ for something similar at pizzahut

Really happy with my order tonight, my pizza was piping hot, with lots of cheese & ingredients, everything was delivered quickly & following delivery instructions. The price was better than some of the other pizza places and I got pizza that wasn't missing cheese, meats & veggies or swimming in tons of grease(like my last awful experiences with pizza hut I had no ingredients on my pizza it was literally just dough & dominos was over an hour late was swimming in grease & had horrid customer service, So thank you PAPA JOHN'S well done, I wish the dough was a tiny bit crisper but overall I am very happy with my pizza & service tonight.
