I ordered a pizza online at 5:00 pm to be delivered at 7:00 pm. At 7:30 pm I called the store asking about my order, she said doordash had not come to pick it up yet! 20 minutes later it was delivered and it was cold and looked like it had been sitting around since 5:00 pm and it was so over cooked the pepperoni was dust when you bit into it! VERY DISAPPOINTED!

Incredibly frustrating experience. I ordered through the app on my phone through my papa John’s profile. I was upset when after I placed my order I was redirected to door dash for the delivery of my order. I followed the tracker for the door dash delivery driver and waited at my door when I saw the car was approaching my complex. I was confused when my order was switched to delivered bc I was waiting and no one even walked through my walkway attempting to deliver my order. I waited a few more minutes, no one. I tried calling the stores number only to get an automated messaging system. One of the options was if there was a problem to say speak to a manager. Did that. It would say let me transfer your call, then would hang up. I tried several times, same results. Had my husband try, same results. He had to dig around for the number to door dash. I figured well it was their driver they can fix the problem, only for door dash to tell me they wouldn’t help me because I didn’t order directly through them. It was their driver!!! I had to further dig to find a corporate number for papa John’s. I called them. Got to speak to someone and they said they couldn’t authorize a refund but that they would put a ticket into the store and I’d hear either from phone or email. I’m still waiting. Yes I still want my money back, but it’s not just about the money. It’s the principle. At this point I already avoid door dash like the plague because it is incredibly crappy in this area for reasons commonly known. Further to this, I will go somewhere else for different pizza as long as they have customer appreciation and better customer service. No one should have to go through such hoops just to have a situation fixed. I’d have been happy with my order being resent. Now you’ve lost a customer.

Ordered today right at opening 10am , pizza delivered fresh and perfectly made, I appreciate the good work! 22$ fantastic price for an XL pizza with extra cheese and pepperoni, I pay usually 35$ for something similar at pizzahut

Really happy with my order tonight, my pizza was piping hot, with lots of cheese & ingredients, everything was delivered quickly & following delivery instructions. The price was better than some of the other pizza places and I got pizza that wasn't missing cheese, meats & veggies or swimming in tons of grease(like my last awful experiences with pizza hut I had no ingredients on my pizza it was literally just dough & dominos was over an hour late was swimming in grease & had horrid customer service, So thank you PAPA JOHN'S well done, I wish the dough was a tiny bit crisper but overall I am very happy with my pizza & service tonight.

Stale old pizza passed off as NEW YORK style. I doubt anyone involved in that creation has ever been to NYC, let alone tried the pizza.. It Is Nasty. I called in to talk with management and they challenged me and told me to drive the pizza back to them. You have lost all realistic thoughts if you think for a minute I'm driving back to you to waste more money! You need better customer service and better attitudes. If you don't like your job, quit! Don't make us miserable due to your bad day.

Worst pizza ever. Minimal ingredients. Only 12 slices of pepperoni on the whole pizza. Dough was gummy. No garlic seasoning on dough as ordered. I will never order from here again!
Got there pizza wasn't ready they said they messed it up yet my kids hungry and they were outside playing with some bugs ir something in the grass fooling around ,hope they washed their hands, didn't offer anything for the wait. At 730 on the 15th ,unacceptable

Been ordering Papa John's pizza for many years. Good pizza, but today they lost my business. They used to have their own delivery drivers but now they use Door Dash. Door Dash driver arrived late, the pizza box was smashed and looked like someone sat on it, cheese and toppings were stuck to the lid, the driver had no change, had no receipt (which is required if you have a complaint) and the driver had a big dog in the car. I called and asked to speak to the manager. Manager did not come to the phone and told employee to offer to replace the order. I politely declined, saying, that's not why I called. Don't want a replacement. I just wanted them to know that Door Dash is hurting their business.
We will order elsewhere next time.

Gave them a second chance because of their promos. Ordered a pizza for 6PM and they delivered it at 5PM. It is going to be cold at 6PM for dinner....The papa bite oreo things looked TERRIBLE. DO NOT get them, they are not even worth $3. They said they would remake the order and send it again at 6PM when I called. 6PM comes and goes...6:12PM rolls around and I have a doordasher here with a box of papa bite oreos and no pizza. Called them up, employee said its the most we can do. I said no you promised me the whole order was going to be redelivered, got put on hold then hung up on. Called back, hung up on again. Called again, got put on indefinite hold. CALLED FROM A DIFFERENT NUMBER and got through to the manager. Agreed to give me a refund but they kept insisting on saying that I did something wrong! After explaining everything that had happened they refused to take accountability. It really shows a lot about who works here. Here's a picture of your $8 Oreo Papa Bites if you are considering ordering them. This was without a doubt the worst customer service I have received from this location and we will not be ordering from them again. I'm sorry I gave them a second chance.
