The food at Pho Street was amazing fresh, flavorful and honestly good. Unfortunately, the service completely ruined the experience.

On Friday, 2/27 around 7:30 PM, when we first arrived, no one acknowledged or seated us, so we eventually sat ourselves. Even then, we were ignored while a group that came in after us was seated and served first. That group, as well as the people sitting next to us, were white, and the male server was noticeably friendly, attentive, and polite to them while treating us very differently.

We also didn’t receive utensils until our food arrived, even though we clearly watched him give utensils to other tables immediately after they sat down. When we asked for simple things like straws or to place an additional order, he was snappy, made ugly faces, and spoke to us with clear attitude, as if we were an inconvenience.

The contrast in how we were treated compared to the white customers around us was obvious and extremely uncomfortable. The behavior felt racist and discriminatory, and it was upsetting to experience. No one should be made to feel unwelcome or disrespected while dining out. It’s disappointing because the food itself is excellent, but the service and treatment we received were unacceptable. I hope management takes this seriously and addresses it.

What happened!!!
Not sure what happened to this place. It's been our go-to for several years. Ordered Pho, and it was mostly noodles with no flavor, and the small amount of meat was also too tough. Also had Beef Lomain. Very little beef and the beef I got was also very tough. Tasted like old meat. Very disappointing. I asked if they changed owners. They said no. We won't be back. For $60.00 we would at least have good quality food.

Good food, poor service. Ordered here a few times, quality is good, but service is poor. Generic responses to questions and said they cannot put the vegetables on the side because they’re too busy? Having good foood and service creates business, telling the people whom are supporting your business that you are too busy to accommodate a paid dish request is poor service.
Wife loves to eat here, won’t be going back anymore.

This is our go-to boba spot, the coffee, brown sugar and the matcha boba are so good every time. The boba is always fresh and never soggy. The pho is delicious and the Vietnamese pork sandwich is so flavorful I don’t understand how they do it! You can do take out quickly or sit and dine in. Great spot for families too if you have kids.

Stopped in with a reservation for quick meal before a concert. We were seated immediately and our drinks came out right away. The waiter accommodated our crunched time restrictions and our meals came out quickly. Delicious pho noodles and banh mi sandwich. I'd visit again!!

Used to love this place, but today they openly refused my sister and her service dog. Demanding to see paperwork

We came here from out of town. I got out of the vehicle with my service dogs a young gentleman‘s at the door, grieve me and told me they do not allow service dog. They changed their policy. I don’t know if they knew how to run a business you cannot turn down a service dog. They are like a child. They are well trained. I think it was very embarrassing. The way how they handle and don’t understand the rule and my dog was in a stroller to all the pets furry parents don’t come here. It’s a waste of my time driving and I don’t want to argue or discuss with them because there’s no reason to discuss with an owner who does not understand the rule and it’s gonna be very uncomfortable for me to enter the door to eat, even if I was in my right I would never be back and recommend this place to anyone. I normally don’t write this, but I have to write it to let you guys know this restaurant is very judgmental never ever be back if I can give them a zero store I would do it please reap policy, and I do post it for them to understand that they cannot turn down a service dog.

Big pho fanatic (phonatic?) here.
Coming over from Orlando to visit.
Orlando pho game is strong but this lil Bradenton joint was a huge surprise.
They had oxtail pho! It was fantastic and they actually gave you so much I kept finding surprise pieces of meat.
Broth is sublime, rich, savory, not overly salty.
And the service was amazing. We showed up early since the wife was craving pho, and the doors opened a lil early for us to at least come in and sit.
Found a spot to visit PHO SHO every time I come to Bradenton.
Highly recommend pho street.
