One of our favorite places. Reminds me of us a nice Italian restaurant in the north end of Boston
Very friendly staff, especially Hannah. She is always smiling and is very efficient. You can tell she loves her job by the way she treats her guests! Piesanos is one of our go to restaurant's for that reason and not to mention the great tasting food!
Awesome Italian cuisine in Lakewood Ranch! Consistently excellent service and food. Lovely management and wait staff! Very nice outdoor patio dining overlooking the lake : ) Our favorite local spot!

While the place can get crowded, especially on weekends, there's outdoor seating available. Parking can be challenging during busy times, but there's a nearby lot by Publix. Recently, guests have praised the delicious Chicken Picatta, the stellar garlic rolls, and the large portions of Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meat Balls. Although there was an incident with a bus boy, overall, the dining experience at Piesanos remains outstanding, marked by great service and excellent food. Living in the Sunshine state with Piesanos in the backyard is truly paradise!
