Piesanos Stone Fired Pizza

Ordered a pizza from this restaurant through DoorDash. The pizza showed up cold after was picked up and the driver only had to drive 10 minutes to my place meaning they gave him a cold pizza.

But just take a look at what I found underneath the pizza I don’t think I need to say anything more

I miss New Haven and NY style Pizza. This crust has zero crunch, lots of flop. Disappointing.

Great service and good. Only complaint is The bus boy was shouting profanities that he has to get rid of our water cups at the end of the day, being very passive aggressive. Weird ending to a great dinner

Arrived this evening. Had to be on the wait list. We were told 10 to 15 mins and we would get a text when table was ready. We waited about 20 mins, no problem, got the text, went in immediately to find out that our table was given to a party that arrived well after us. We were then told another 10 to 15 mins. That's unacceptable, considering they were telling arriving parties 25 to 30 mins. So the 10 wasn't going to happen. You need better employees working the hosting. Very disappointed. I am a regular customer, usually at lunch, but do frequent here for dinner as well. Will have to start rethinking my choice of where to spend my money.

Delicious dinner tonight at Piesano’s! Only a 2 min wait around 7:15pm Of course their rolls are stellar. (We prefer them without the dressing and cheese)

Chicken Picatta- flavorful, lemony, really delicious sauce. Switched out the spaghetti for angel hair and it was the right call Chicken was a bit more tender than usual- so that was great!

Spaghetti with Meat Sauce and Meat Balls- large portion, nice presentation, great flavor and pasta well cooked.

Jordan was our server and oh my goodness, what a nice guy! Attentive, professional, friendly- all with a great smile!

Very good pizza. Not a fan of sausage discs, but have no complaints with this pizza. They make good pizza.

Love their signature rolls- garlic knots with a house Italian dressing. Pizza and pastas are always good and the servers are attentive and kind!

We have eaten at Piesanos several times although tonight was a total disappointment. The calzone and medium pizza took 40 minutes to get to our table. There were only 3 other tables so it’s not like they were busy. So long that we had to get our dinner to go. When we got home, the calzone and pizza were so greasy. I threw away the calzone because it was so greasy. Our server was pleasant and it wasn’t his fault the kitchen was extremely slow. We won’t be going back for a while. I don’t normally leave negative reviews but tonight was ridiculous!

Outstanding! I had the pizza, but my guests had other dishes and could not say enough about how good their food was! I highly recommend. Great service, comfortable atmosphere and excellent food, what more could you ask for!
