If I can give them zero stars I would trust me. I placed an order at 6:33pm waited till 7:15pm never got a call from the place or a tracker on my delivery. I called the store and the girl that answered never gave her name and was oblivious to what was going on telling me the driver was barely leaving the store. I waited one hour and a half and still no delivery, I never got a call from the driver or the store. So I called again and spoke to John. He had a nasty attitude as if it was my fault, I’ll say this, I want my refund. He said it’ll take three days. I’ve ordered from this store before in the past and never had an issue until last night. Never ordering from this place again or using the app. I’ll take my business to Hungry Howies. I’ve been a customer for years with Pizza Hut, forget it. I shouldn’t have to deal with a rude employee… that lies too.

I'm less than half a mile out of delivery range, not one bit of understanding. Gone are the days of offering a solid cash money tip just to get somebody to do their job. Laughable that they could not serve me over a half mile. No pizza chains are good in this area, the smaller restaurants will charge you the same, treat you well and make better food

Inconsistent. The first day that I went, the pizza was exceptionally delicious and the older lady that assisted me was very nice. The pizza and service were so good, I ordered the exact same thing the next day. Unfortunately, the pizza the second time around was mediocre with sparse toppings and the young man was much more reserved.

9 ppl inside this little waiting area, only 1 person left in 20 mins. Never acknowledged. Other Delivery Driver gave up. Few more mins, tho didn't want to, had to. Woman had troubled with Order, only way of catching guy and asking.. Woman refused to look at anyone.
After asking how much longer at 13 mins, guy disappeared didn't come back. Woman frantic dropping pizza's backing up coming out of oven. Flipping them back in pan saying more than once, "I need help!" They just kept feeding oven with more. Girl making sides kept stuffing them at end of pizza cutting table. Half ppl there, shaking heads..

This new Pizza Hut is a great addition to the Lakewood Ranch community. The new Chicago Tavern pizza is my families favorite new addition along with the boneless wings. The counter help was very friendly and ensured we got our meal hot and on time.
We love Pizza Hut but this location is extremely inconsistent. Example is the picture below. Ordered a side of fries for almost $5 and this is what we got. We also always order extra cheese on our pizzas and it never has extra on it so we just stopped ordering it that way. The boneless wings also used to be so good and now the breading is litterly falling off and they always short us on the amount. When it's good it's SO good but more often then not there is issues. And that sucks when your spending $50 for a meal.

My recent visit to Pizza Hut was great. The food arrived quickly, the staff was attentive, and the restaurant was very clean. The pizza was delicious, and the improved management made for an excellent dining experience. Highly recommended!

Showed up for my order, right at 15 mins. The person at the counter had no clue how to change the order on the register. She asked for help twice, only to be told how to do it, but she couldn’t figure it out. I was in retail. I would’ve helped her, and actually showed her how to do it (not tell her), after the second ask for help. 10 minutes later, with people waiting, she finally figured it out, and I asked if my pizzas were ready. She said I’ll check in back. Another 10 minutes later, two wrong orders picked up before me, and people leaving unhappy, she asked me what my name was, again. It was in the warming tray ALL that time, which was 20 minutes. Avoid at all costs. I used to love Pizza Hut pizza for takeout. Needless to say, my pizza was lukewarm, and should’ve been hot, because it was done when I showed up. I have time stamps. Literally 20 minutes! ??

Big shout out to Leah and her team! Before Leah, I had a less than pleasant experience a few months ago with undercooked rolls. When I called to place a new order, the previous manager was no longer there. Leah took excellent care of me and went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. Superior customer service! The food was delicious and hot! Thank you!

Order wasn't correct because they didn't cut fryer on even though I ordered 3 hrs prior. Ordered mini pizza and fries. GM said she would credit me $10 and never did! So....... I won't be going back there.

Ordered carry out twice and never had a problem here. My order is always ready and on time and the people who work here are nice. Don't understand why there are so many low reviews. Some people sound like they had legitimate problems but most seem like whiny people who complain about everything.
