They use DoorDash for delivery now and their customer service couldn’t do anything to fix the situation when we called about their hour long delivery for a house less than 2 miles away. Would not recommend.

My order was ready upon my arrival, but the pizza I ordered online was incorrect. I had ordered a 3 toppings pizza and received an all cheese pizza. Leah, who greeted me, without hesitation corrected my order and made it right! Great customer service!!

I use this Lakewood Ranch location for pick up orders only but it’s always gotten things correct. I tend to be a stickler for arrival times and they’ve always had it ready when I’ve walked in. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. One evening, I had a particular complex order so that I could utilize multiple coupons and online offers and they nailed it the first time. Only four stars for atmosphere because it’s not a sitdown restaurant where atmosphere is a consideration, but it is nice and clean!
