The worst place ever, for the 3rd time my drinks was never delivered. I specifically wrote in my order please don’t forget my drinks, thinking someone would look at the order details. And not forget my drinks again. I called twice one guy said oh I just started my shift, he took no time into looking into the issue or anything isn’t customer service everyone’s job there? The second guy was so unaware of his existence and finally gave the phone to a manager. After an almost 80$ order and over an hour wait my drinks are on the way. Mind you these drinks are 4.19$ a piece. Some people are single parents that work long hours and sometimes we get tired so we order pizza for dinner for our kids, and nobody in Pizza Hut could take an extra 3 seconds to make sure our orders are complete before sending it with the driver. And then to top it off the laziness put into preparing and cooking the food. I thank the manager for getting my kids their drinks, but no one should have to go through this much of a hassle for 2 drinks and rock hard food you can’t even chew.

This place had me questioning my existence. I walked in there and stood for a good 10 minutes with people looking at me and not even acknowledging me not asking me. Hey have you been helped not even saying hello they’ve all made eye contact with me and no one did a thing. I then asked to speak to the manager, and one of the girls who claimed she was a manager, which I highly doubt she was And if so, that place has more problems than just the horrible service. But when I asked to speak to the general manager who came up and spoke to me who looks completely defeated! She’s literally been given Bad employees and is having to deal with it and you can see it has broke her. Honestly, this place should either be closed down or reestablished with new management and new staff because just absolutely horrendous! Not to mention they didn’t even get my basic pizza correct they missed putting pesto on it which you have to pay extra for. absolutely terrible management corporation. Something needs to do better by this place. You can clearly see why it has such bad reviews
