Loved the vibes coming into this Pizza Hut.It was clean and the cashier (I don’t know her name)was so nice even asked if I wanted to see my pizza before picking it up!Highly recommend you to come to this Pizza Hut if you want a pizza from there!!

Placed my order at 6:27, now 9 Pm ‼️ I’ve called 9 times to only be transferred to a call center who can’t do anything but take and or edit orders . I literally ordered a person pizza for my son and have no way of getting a hold of the deliver or store . Freaking pissed

To start, this is my first review of this location despite having 4 free pizzas I never called in - due to mixups in my orders or pies not being delivered. Tonight was the last straw.
I ordered 2 pies, a melt, and Cinnabons. The driver came to my door, walked away, then came back and set my order on my sidewalk - without receipt. Also without the one pizza. The food that was left looked and tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile - it did take over an hour for delivery with less than 1 mile (.7mi) distance. I contacted the restaurant only to be told they made the missing pie and would send another - that they were busy. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I check my door and there the order sits - this time with a receipt but no idea how long it was there as they didn’t ring the bell - I just know it was long enough for a tiny black beetle to get in the box with the pizza.
Never again and, after reading other recent reviews, it seems this location needs a change in management and refreshers on customer service. $43.00 for food we couldn’t eat.

After a 20 year absence from pizza hut, we tried our childhood favorite, thin crust supreme, it was amazing! Just like we remembered. The pizza chef is amazing that works lunchtime! Will get his name next visit!

Sep 6/24 I made an order on the app. I got the dinner box that comes with square pizza, bread sticks & cinnamon sticks. I asked for extra cheese on the pizza & it doesn't look like it's extra cheese. I called to complain, but the guy insisted that he made it with extra cheese. You're better off ordering from somewhere else. Dominios can do better!!

The service is usually great but the pizzas aren't very good these days, I don't remember the last time I even had a pizza with enough cheese to even cover it, it's usually just lightly sprinkled barely even on it ,the sauce and crust are really all you get maybe a few pepperonis scattered around and maybe a couple of peppers, over all I'm paying Alot of money for something that tastes exactly like those $1.00 frozen pizzas you used to buy at the grocery store. I will give them one more try to see if it gets any better after that I'm going back to five star pizza, it's expensive too but at least there's cheese on my pizza. Extremely disappointed with this Pizza Huts pizzas lately. Please start making the pizzas better. There's a lot of competition and easy to lose your customers in this town. I can't believe I paid $24.00 for a ladle of sauce on some thin crust. Kinda mad now that I'm thinking about it.

Do not order from this store. We ordered a pizza at 6:30. At 7:30 the pizza was returned to the restaurant because the driver couldn’t find our easy to find house. The store reordered. At 8:15 after 15 minutes on the phone with a driver that couldn’t read English (his admission), we were delivered the wrong pizza. After a final redo; we cancelled our order at 9:45. Terrible customer service through multiple phone calls.

I've never been a fan of Pizza Hut tbh, but my boyfriend saw a commercial with the pepperoni pizza melts and we decided to try them. They were surprisingly very good. We've ordered from Pizza Hut many times now, trying different ones (meat lovers is my favorite) and they’ve been consistently great. CS is prompt & friendly, food is ready and/or delivered quickly, and our order has been correct each time, and hot! 5/5 stars. It’s as good as it’s gonna get for fast food lol

manager here seems a little slow…just sits at his computer all day and doesn’t talk to customers well. there was no customers in the store and he is just sitting on the computer while i wait to be helped. for over 10 mins with not a single customer but me just waiting..
