Ordered online got an error code but they charged my card twice. Keep calling and somehow getting a call center. Did not even know Pizza Hut had a call center. However, they can’t help me said the charges will fall off in a few days. Over $60 no pizza and cannot reach anyone at the store.

Ordered a large amount of pizzas for an event and they were late with cold pizza. Had a bunch of hungry and disappointed friends and family. When I responded to a survey Pizza Hut sent about the experience, they sent me an email saying the local restaurant would contact us to resolve, they did not contact us at all. Disappointing overall for the money spent. When they tried to correct the situation after this review, I called the store as instructed as well as replied to the email, but they did not answer and did not respond, overall bad experience. Won't be back to Pizza Hut.

Loved the vibes coming into this Pizza Hut.It was clean and the cashier (I don’t know her name)was so nice even asked if I wanted to see my pizza before picking it up!Highly recommend you to come to this Pizza Hut if you want a pizza from there!!

Placed my order at 6:27, now 9 Pm ‼️ I’ve called 9 times to only be transferred to a call center who can’t do anything but take and or edit orders . I literally ordered a person pizza for my son and have no way of getting a hold of the deliver or store . Freaking pissed

To start, this is my first review of this location despite having 4 free pizzas I never called in - due to mixups in my orders or pies not being delivered. Tonight was the last straw.
I ordered 2 pies, a melt, and Cinnabons. The driver came to my door, walked away, then came back and set my order on my sidewalk - without receipt. Also without the one pizza. The food that was left looked and tasted as if it had been sitting for awhile - it did take over an hour for delivery with less than 1 mile (.7mi) distance. I contacted the restaurant only to be told they made the missing pie and would send another - that they were busy. 1 hour and 30 minutes later I check my door and there the order sits - this time with a receipt but no idea how long it was there as they didn’t ring the bell - I just know it was long enough for a tiny black beetle to get in the box with the pizza.
Never again and, after reading other recent reviews, it seems this location needs a change in management and refreshers on customer service. $43.00 for food we couldn’t eat.
