Called to place an order tonight (4/29/24) and the person who answered the phone didn’t greet me at all just said “what’s your phone number” in an annoyed voice. I told him my phone number and he sighed and asked my name and then hung up the phone. I called back and we went through the same process as he sighed clearly annoyed at the fact that I was calling. Then hung up the phone again. I have worked customer service for years, and have had my fair share of bad days but this was absolutely baffling how horrible the service was and incredibly rude the person answering the phone was. They very clearly purposely hung up the phone twice because they didn’t feel like taking another order even though it was over an hour before close and a single personal pepperoni pizza. It was very obvious they were only answering the phone for a minute and then hanging up to act like it got disconnected. 0/10 service. Laughable.

Everything was fresh and really good. I was just really bummed that you guys forgot to give me my extra marinara that I paid for…. Boooo! But, other than that the food came, and it was still very hot and fresh. It was still delicious. Thank you.

I don't know why I keep coming here... when I come to pick up my pizza , I'm usually greeted politely which is nice , but these guys can't figure out how to cook a pizza for the life of them... Everytime I order from this location it's raw and hardly any toppings... sadly it makes me not want to tip for take out anymore... many other cheap chain pizza places in the area that know how to prepare a simple pizza. I'd recommend going elsewhere... I don't believe I've had one good experience here .

This Location Is DEFINITELY THE BEST!!! Service is Amazing, Food Is Delicious and The Delivery Driver. David is Always Friendly and Courteous!!! Christopher has Always been VERY KIND and He ALWAYS gets my order correct. I Recommend EVERYONE To This Location!!! Superb

Ordered a big new Yorker for pickup at 5:30 to be ready at 6:15 due to drive. Order comfimed 6:15. Got there at 6:05 and it was already in the warmer done. The new Yorker has double pepperoni with both flat an cup type. See photos attached and please tell me this is not "double" and there was not one cup pepperoni on it. Pathetic simply terrible.I don't expect to here from them. Stay away.

I just ate two pieces of my pizza hut large pizza. I didn’t think, “ this tastes delicious” because it wasn’t good. I tasted a doughy undercooked pizza with too much sauce and not enough cheese. I never write reviews but felt the cooks need to pay attention to details. Looking forward to a pizza then being disappointed is upsetting.
