After working for Pizza Hut for 33 year I gotta say this was, by far the worst pizza I have seen or eating.It took 1 hour and 15 minutes to receive our order of 4-pizzas.Driver was not identifiable as an employee.Pizzas were very skimpy, about 8 pepperonis on each and maybe 1/2 the amount of cheese.This will be my last visit and it would surprise me if they survive the next 5 years.

I had the worst experience ever, when I got there to pick up my order, the big young lady behind the counter was talking to her friend and acted like I was interrupting her. She then asked for my name with an attitude, after I gave her my name, she told me it was $32 and some change, and I told her I just placed my order online and it was only $23.53. She then ran back into the kitchen and came out with a mean look on her face. She then checked her screen and told me the right amount, so I paid her and she had the pizza on the counter. I took it home and left without realizing it was the wrong pizza, it was my fault for not checking it there, so I have to drive back to the store. When I got there I handed her the pizza back and told her she gave me the wrong pizza. She took it back without saying a word as if she knew and went back in the kitchen and started to make my order. I can see her clearly though the opening from the front of the cash register. Then I heard someone in the back asking her what was going on and then another smaller young lady came out and gave me my order as she told the rude one that my order was already made. I don't know who this big young lady is behind the counter, but she was very rude and has no business being out front with a customer with a cocky attitude as if she is doing everyone else a favor. By the time I got home with the pizza I paid for, it was already cold. Unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location. There are so many one star reviews for this location, it's not even funny!

Pizza crust was very, very thin, very little sauce and toppings. There were 13 other people waiting on their order too. When I called to order it I spoke to someone at a Call Center.

Another chain restaurant that uses a web ordering system that includes a "curbside" delivery/pickup option that is not true. Whenever making a web order for ANY food outlet, call the location to be sure it's true for them unless you have experience with that location. Or just order delivery.

Ordered pizza tonight changed delivery time 4 times ended up getting pizza 45 minutes after the delivery time. Will start using local pizza shops and pick it up myself. Nothing worse than cold pizza!!

Terrible place, I just placed an order online today 2/18/24 and after more than 30 minutes waiting for my order it turns out that they canceled my order, and when I call to find out the reason for cancellation the girl who answered the phone says that she canceled the order because she was alone in the place and she couldn't handle so much work, perhaps I wonder if the owner of the establishment knows the attitude of that worker?? But I never order anything else on that site, terrible service.

The best pizza I ever had from Pizza Hut in a long time. Wished north Lakeland the only pizza hut location would fire all there staff to make a pizza like this. Was told there in us 98 there pizza burned when they used frozen cheese. Got into a confrontation with there front end person Jason who didn't want to give there name. Called corporate and only wanted to give me a promo code. I wanted there staff fired. I was told it was that they weren't cleaning there ovens. I want to report to someone who will do something that is the only pizza hut in our area. I am great full that this place gave the best pizza we ever had!
