Worst store. Awful service. My elderly mom ordered delivery and called back 45 minutes later when no one arrived. Verified her phone number and was told pizza was "out for delivery ". Driver never showed so she called again. This time she was told they had her phone number wrong. I called the manager. He said the girl MUST HAVE LIED because they never made the pizza and canceled the order. The manager said this!! WORST SERVICE.

Ready when promised for carryout. Ordered from the app...easy...only complaint is that PAN crust is an upgrade NOT mentioned until checkout...the teaser promo is not what you might pay..pizza was exactly what it was supposed to be

The first time i tried to order delivery from here (to a hotel directly across the parking lot) the manager informed me that "The driver had already made 2 deliveries to that hotel and won't want to drive over there again." So I ordered from Domino's. Several months later I ordered 2 pizzas for $17, paid $3.50 delivery fee and $3.00 tip... Again, to a hotel less than a half mile across a large strip mall parking lot. The driver (Ron) proceeded to lecture me on how its not worth his time to drive anywhere for less than a $5 tip. He said i should take that into account before i order next time. Ron, I definitely will, the next time i order it wont be from this location.

This is actually my first ever review on yelp. We went to this Pizza Hut and had the worst lunch and experience. Alisabeth was our cashier we checked out at 1:40 pm. We were charged $40 dollars for a joke of a pizza that had some pieces with no pineapple, was 1/4 of an inch thick, and with 8 boneless wings. She didn't even give me my receipt. She brought the wings to the table with out saying one word and immediately left. She didn't give us the ranch we paid for , no forks. We looked to the salad bar for a fork there was not one to be found. We had no napkins. My son in-law had to go to the register where he was greeted by her with her eyebrows up and said, "What?" So he gets a set of silverware and a few napkins from the one and only dispenser in the entire restaurant. My son in-law paid 7 something for drinks in to go cups. There was no straws or lids out for these cups. In my pictures in this review, on our way out of the restaurant you will see the napkin dispenser on the front counter totally empty, glad we got a few napkins before this happened. There were other customers eating, how do you eat pizza with out napkins!? We will never go back to this restaurant. You will know when you see this worker, by her extremely poor customer service and sweaty upper lip. Whoever manages this location needs to clean house. What a waste of $50 dollars!

I always get good pizza from this location but this time when I called I got a call center. 😒 I don't like that at all. The call center was short and not polite. I would rather talk to the store themselves. Probably will not call again

I live about 5 minutes from this hut. I order delivery quite frequently and every time I've had a great experience both with ordering (usually online-not always though) and with the delivery folks. Maybe one time I got a cheese pizza that I felt "sat out for a bit" prior to being delivered; but that overrides all the times our pizza arrives hot- very hot-and fresh. Thanks Pizza Hut! Both my kids and I always enjoy your delivery folk and hot eats.

I love Pizza Hut but there are some instances that the food sucks. I ordered a personal pan pizza and it was completely raw. Not fully cooked!! Cheese was not melted and the dough was stretchy!!!!

They screwed up a very simple order I placed IN PERSON. I was more than clear about what I wanted. I didn't even bother with getting it fixed as I was in a hurry and they didn't seem capable of anything right. I went back to my hotel and the manager even said they won't recommend them.
